Charritos Restaurante Taqueria

Clean parking area but full lotnear it and parked further away. Nice colorful entrance area. Love the lights after it became dark. A few booths. But narrow seating distance when seated. Plus as seating myself the seats are low, so table sits higher. The table we used was great. Big enough for 4 peoples plates of food and drinks. The room colors were fun tones. Food was delicious and looked nice when presented to us. I finished my Chimichanga and it was tasty. Beers are Mexican types and I had a Mexican Coke a Cola. Nice with cane sugar and in a bottle. Light background music, so easy to talk at a table. SMALL CURB but than ground level.

We've only had carryout from here and it was really good. The tacos are what I'd usually describe as Mexico City style: smaller around and served with two per taco. The traditional stuff we had was really tasty and they also have a few more unique options like al pastor potato skins. They are from Oaxaca, so we definitely want to go back to try their mole and tlayuda.

Today was my first time visiting Charritos Restaurante Taqueria. Delicious authentic Mexican food. I had the sauté steak with onions with refried beans, Spanish rice, lettuce radishes, and corn tortillas. The strawberry Margarita was out of this world. The decor was original, love their mural, indoor seating and limited seating outdoor. Parking in front of the restaurant. Excellent service. Decent prices.
