Indian tiffins are fresh. Indian breakfast/tiffins menu is good. Thali has delicious variety items in it. Good restaurant to stop by and eat. Enjoyed the food!

You don't have to be vegetarian to love Udipi. But you do have to be okay with not having meat in your dishes. Udipi is not a typical Indian restaurant because it serves Southern Indian food. So that means dosas. It also means some incredible puri! I can't eat hot food, but got some delectable food that was perfectly spiced. Wonderful! From the appetizers to the mango lassis to the main dish, everything was just right.

This the best place to have South Indian food in Columbus area. You even get North Indian food which is not bad at all. Ambience is good, very neat place to go with family. It also has a party hall.

A restaurant you have to visit if you are in the mood for south indian food. They have a great variety of dosas (savory crepe) and uttapam (savory pancake). I really enjoy their sambar vada as well. Overall the food is good, the ambience nothing spectacular

Went there for the lunch buffet - yes they have it for $10 per person. My favorite was definitely their dosa that came with it. It was served freshly made instead of being on the buffet spread. It pairs really well with their sambar and coconut chutney! The rasam was a nice sourish soup, had the variety of curries, sauces with their paratha. Simple food with a lot of flavor. And did I mention you get unlimited Masala Tea as well? Such a gem of a place - whether or not you're a vegetarian, their food is absolutely delicious, authentic, and is worth the visit!

Food is best in town, very clean but needs to improve services especially carry out containers, plastic ware and napkins separate for each dish/person. We order for there people and all sambhar & Chutney in one container each WITHOUT plastic ware/ spoon / napkins

Bisi bele bath is my all time favorite. Their buffet at lunch is also decent. Not a pleasant place, interiors could be improved but who cares food is good. :)

Great Indian food and quiet place. Perfect for vegetarians since they don't serve meet. I eat meet but I like this place a lot. I would give it another star if they served some chicken or shrimp curry like other Indian restaurants in town.

We've had this place on our list of things to try for awhile. We have been fans of Tadka in Dublin, but we never get out there often since it is on the other side of town from us. So we gave Udipi a try. The food here is just as delicious, and I think they have many more options than other typical Indian eateries. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and attentive. The decor on the other hand, was outdated and hasn't been changed for many years. Our main meal and appetizers were excellent. Since there were only two of us, we didn't get to try many things. The Samosas were wonderful and the sauces it came with were very good. For the main dish, we had the Palak Paneer and Malai Kofta. Again, both were really good, came out quickly and filled our stomachs beyond capacity. We look forward to coming back and trying other dishes. If you like Indian cuisine or looking for a start, give this place a try.
