Crimson Cup Coffee House

Excellent coffee! We stopped here because our go-to coffee shop uses Crimson Cup coffee. This location was crazy busy. We had a difficult time finding a place to park and a table. The queue to pick up your coffee once you ordered was a little tricky to figure out; they simply announced what the drink is, and the noise level makes it difficult to hear if you are not nearby. The gluten-free donuts were yummy. They did have several flavors of their coffee beans for sale; and we chose a couple that we haven't tried yet. Not sure if we will stop again, but it was worth experiencing once.

Friendly staff- stopped in because they are on the Experience Cbus coffee trail- I will be back because of the staff, coffee and atmosphere! They have a similar set up to the big name Seattle company- but that is where the similarities end. The coffee is fresh and delicious, not pretentious and the staff doesn't make you use words that don't mean what they use them for!! The atmosphere is chill and even though it's a massively hot day today or felt cool inside. This is a drive to and meet a friend for coffee location! Really glad i discovered what everyone else already knows!

Not only does Crimson Cup have a diverse menu full of delectable drinks, but the service here makes this Crimson Cup location stand out from all other Columbus coffee shops! The staff is always friendly, approachable, and chatty. The drive-thru is also a convenient features that allows me to visit when I have my dog with me, and he approves of their pup cups ;)

Crimson Cup is great. Staff are super friendly. Stopping here was a pretty consistent part of my daily routine when I used to commute downtown. My go to is a Crimson Cup Mocha, which is amazing! The quality of what I get varies wildly though. Some days, the CCM is sweet, or might even have whipped cream on the top. Some days, it’s kinda sweet. Or, like today, it was very bitter and not all that good. If I could rely on getting the same quality drink every time, I’d be here a lot more!

I always tell my friends, "it's what Starbucks thinks it is". The drinks here are absolutely fantastic. The baked goods are fresh and I think are made locally, same day. If you get there later in the day they will be out. Everyone I have encounter that works there has been super friendly. I normally use drive thru, but I have been inside on a few occasions. The inside is clean, well lit, and trendy. There is not a whole lot of seating, but enough for those who like to sit and drink. There is a small outside seating area as well.

We live a few doors down the road from this location, and often walk over for a treat. Service is always brilliant. We stopped through the drive through this morning after a very emotional vet visit. Thank you for acknowledging me and supporting me in this unique way, I knew you saw my grief when you greeted me, but I didn’t expect anything. Your message has kept me going as I push through work today. Thank you.
