Loops

I ordered on Uber Eats, my order got cancelled due to my courier being in a car accident, i reordered and the restaurant called me to make sure i meant to place the order. Upon confirmation that i did mean to reorder, they said they would prioritize my food being made and that they appreciate the reorder after waiting over 2 hours from my first order being cancelled. It was worth the wait, food was delicious. I've been craving a Chicago dog and beef sandwich since my last trip there in February and this delivered on all fronts. Good food, good service, will be having again!

We stopped here for lunch the day we drove into Columbus from Lexington last month and were super impressed with our experience here! I can definitely see why it was featured on Triple D. First, the service was above and beyond - so friendly and welcoming, it felt like we were having lunch with friends. And the atmosphere, very cool! So much to look at and take in while we waited (not too long at all) for our food. And, of course, lunch itself. Wow! I had the loop dog. Usually, I am strictly a "NYC hot dog" kind if person. But I took a chance and am so glad I did - this is a must try! We also split up 1 of the Jackson Street Chicken Gyro and 1 of the Lake Street BBQ Chicken Gyro. Both excellent, clearly fresh and great quality ingredients. The Jackson Street was my favorite - I love that classic flavor - and hubby loved the Lake. So much more to try on the menu, wish we were locals. Highly recommend.

I've been here twice and I've loved what I got each time! The veggie wrap and the falafel wrap with hotziki are incredible, they have really good vegetarian options here. The original loops fries are really good too but a small (6oz) is a good size for two people to split, the regular size (10oz) can be a lot on top of the food that you already ordered. The staff here are very polite and friendly, I will definitely be coming back here again!
