Smoked On High Bbq

Knew it was going to be a good brisket when she took the whole piece out of the warmer and it was soft like a pillow, and it was indeed the most amazing BBQ we had in Columbus. We went to a couple of BBQ places in town when we travelled here and this and Ray Ray's were by far miles ahead from other places.

Endearing classic home with some seriously tender and juicy bbq. Chicken, sausage, brisket, pulled pork, and ribs are all amazing. Mac n Cheese is seriously creamy, Spicy Brisket Chili is meaty and super filling. Collard Greens is super yummy. Alligator Sweet Whisky Shot (bbq sauce) is where its at! 4.6/5

Stopped in here on the way home from the Indy 500 based on Google reviews and was not disappointed. The juiciest brisket I've ever eaten and the beans were exceptional as well. Would have loved to try the ribs as well but they were out since it was later in the evening. If I'm ever traveling I70 through Columbus I will stop here whether I'm hungry or not!

This was my first visit. The service staff seemed a little indifferent, but the food was good, and it was a good overall experience. I got a sampler type meal, which had ample amounts. Although they were out of the chicken, they substituted another item. They said their brisket was the most popular item, so I got extra of that. The pickled onions were the best of what was provided. Really great! The best of the meat offering was the sausage, in my opinion. Followed by the ribs, the pulled pork, and then the brisket. But all of it was good. I had the collard greens and cole slaw, and both were good. As I said, the pickled onions were fantastic. The pickle slices were really good as well. The sweet bourbon BBQ sauce was way too smoky, and I didn't care for it. The spicy hot BBQ sauce was good. There was a third option, but I didn't try it. If you're in the area, and looking for BBQ, this spot is worth a try.
