A very good Italian restaurant one of my favorites. I would have gladly given five stars if they had a little more vegetarian options. I ordered the pesto primavera sub rigatoni for spaghetti. It was outstanding very flavorful. Service as expected is great and restaurant is fancy for a nice evening dining.
I have been to Brio twice now at Polaris Mall and Todd has been our server both times! He is absolutely AMAZING! One of the BEST servers I’ve ever had! Friendly, humorous, and professional. He also made my special order happen (risotto with chicken…no seafood) and it was DELICIOUS and PERFECT! Request Todd and you won’t be disappointed!!
Our server was great. Lasagna was a huge portion, I just wished it had more sauce and a bit less cheese; the balance was off to my tastes at least. My wife's spicy tortellini dish was excellent, although a little small or the portion size given the price.
I experienced Brio for the first time this past Friday and it was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere, the friendly service, the delicious food and the prompt hospitality were amazing. Crystal and her staff made my first experience wonderful! I will be back! We ordered the Shrimp risotto, the Brio pasta, the grilled salmon Fresca, the tiramisu and the warm chocolate cake. Everything bite was exquisite!
Food was really good and our server was excellent. Our table was less than ideal as other parties of 2 got the nice booths, we got stuck in the main aisle. Asked for another but was told no. That was ridiculous. Lobster bisque had a hot spice and was grainy.
Came for my birthday and it was amazing. Kendall was an incredible waitress. Will definitely ask for her again. Food was as delicious as always!!
We dined here last weekend with a large group celebrating a birthday and had the best experience. Maudia was our server and was on top of everything. Very fast and kind. Everyone’s food came out perfect and drinks were delicious as well. Definitely recommend! Also the GM Crystal made sure to come say Happy birthday and make sure everyone was happy, we will definitely be back!
Really good place with room for larger parties. The food and peach sangria were really yummy, and the tiramisu was exactly the way I like it (light texture, not too sweet, and the right amount of coffee). The flat breads were also surprisingly good.
Stopped in for lunch on 11.29.23. I was greeted politely by Robert, who sat me promptly, my waitress Ruth was on top of things. Very friendly and accommodating. it was early so as I sat there I watched the most shining star of all, TJ. He acknowledged every single person that entered, he cleared plates, glasses and asked people if they needed anything. I asked to speak with the manager Crystal and told her that she has the most amazing team I've ever had the pleasure to witness.
These people ALL treated me wonderfully and were friendly and so helpful...GREAT STAFF

I've eaten here many times and it's always great but I had the best aged New York strip ever here on my last visit (charred, black & blue style) Exceptional food and service!
