Brio Italian Grille

I have been to Brio twice now at Polaris Mall and Todd has been our server both times! He is absolutely AMAZING! One of the BEST servers I’ve ever had! Friendly, humorous, and professional. He also made my special order happen (risotto with chicken…no seafood) and it was DELICIOUS and PERFECT! Request Todd and you won’t be disappointed!!

I experienced Brio for the first time this past Friday and it was nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere, the friendly service, the delicious food and the prompt hospitality were amazing. Crystal and her staff made my first experience wonderful! I will be back! We ordered the Shrimp risotto, the Brio pasta, the grilled salmon Fresca, the tiramisu and the warm chocolate cake. Everything bite was exquisite!

I came in again today and asked for my previous server Kenyall but she wasn’t working today , however the food was delicious as always ! The very reason I came back was because of not only the food but the amazing service I was given by Kenyall when I came in last week. She was bright and Kind , attending to all of the request we had , thus making this experience well worth it . I will say the hospitality made this experience so great we just had to come back ! Thank you Brio for the excellent customer service and lamb we had during our visit ! We will be back and hopefully we catch our server Kenyall again ! ☝🏽💕

We dined here last weekend with a large group celebrating a birthday and had the best experience. Maudia was our server and was on top of everything. Very fast and kind. Everyone’s food came out perfect and drinks were delicious as well. Definitely recommend! Also the GM Crystal made sure to come say Happy birthday and make sure everyone was happy, we will definitely be back!

Stopped in for lunch on 11.29.23. I was greeted politely by Robert, who sat me promptly, my waitress Ruth was on top of things. Very friendly and accommodating. it was early so as I sat there I watched the most shining star of all, TJ. He acknowledged every single person that entered, he cleared plates, glasses and asked people if they needed anything. I asked to speak with the manager Crystal and told her that she has the most amazing team I've ever had the pleasure to witness. These people ALL treated me wonderfully and were friendly and so helpful...GREAT STAFF Ruth(waitress 5 stars) Sara(another waitress who was on top of it and friendly 5 Stars) Robert (extremely kind and accommodating) 5 Stars Denise (very kind, got me a soda to go, with a smile) 5 Stars Crystal (manager) very good front person. 5 Stars TJ (BRIGHTEST STAR) 10 STARS. Oh, the food was excellent too.

A very good Italian restaurant one of my favorites. I would have gladly given five stars if they had a little more vegetarian options. I ordered the pesto primavera sub rigatoni for spaghetti. It was outstanding very flavorful. Service as expected is great and restaurant is fancy for a nice evening dining.
