First time visiting this ice cream shop, and I was very pleased with the customer service! I got a cookies and cream with the waffle cone, the waffle cone was a little salty, and I’ve never tasted that before with any waffle cones I’ve ever had..but it complemented the ice cream. And Alden was just a sweetheart. Keep up the good work!😃

The cashier that checked us out at 8pm today was so sweet! Genuinely the best customer service I’ve gotten in awhile! And the ice cream is good too, she didn’t show any annoyance when I got 3 tasters because I’m indecisive haha, and she’s just so sweet to everyone who comes in.

Customer service at this location is top tier! They were really kind and accommodating to my many requests. Would recommend trying their rainbow fizz with ginger ale instead of their pink champ.

Decided to give this a try, was happy I did. Its different from other Ice Cream joints - the flavors are different and changing. Tried one that was made with buttermilk and was flavorful and creamy. Tried another which was more of a sorbet- also very good. Would go back, little pricey and more somewhat 'gourmet' type of establishment, but still very good.

I have introduced jenis to a person that hasn’t loved it nor would I trust someone that doesnt. My partner has been anti ice cream her whole life until I finally got her to cave. She’s not mad about being wrong. Cheers!

This is my favorite Jeni’s location! The dining area is spacious and well air conditioned and there is rarely a line longer than 2 people- unlike the short north location where you could stand in line for an hour.
The ice cream is top notch- not only the best in Columbus, but the greatest of all time. They source locally, are a certified green corporation, and have a dairy free line that tastes pretty good!
Definitely go if you haven’t already and splurge and get the waffle cone- it is incredible. My favorite flavor is brown butter almond brittle, but there are so many incredible flavors.

The offer non dairy options .. however they aren’t tasty or creamy. My fiancé offered a couple scoops of regular ice cream and he really enjoyed his cool treat.

This is a Jersey Mike's review. They are great. Their sub are big and fresh. The mushroom melt is awesome. Staff were friendly and the young man who worked there visited my town 6.5 hrs a way and had local friends who are Buckeyes.
