Great tasting food and lots to choose from.
On this evening it was calm and not too busy as we had missed most of the dinner crowd.
Server was helpful and food was delivered quickly.
We finished off with cheesecake - yum!
Close to I-71 and easy to get to if you’re taking a break on a road trip or passing through Columbus. There is a mall at this location too should you need some retail therapy.
Stopped in here on our way home from out of town and absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic, the service was great. Would definitely recommend. The only complaint would be the lighting was pretty dim.
The drinks and food were yum 😋. I especially enjoyed Peach Bellini and Chicken Pot Dumplings 😋
The fried mac and cheese was good.
I finished the dinner with mouth watering Tiramisu Cheese Cake 🍰😋
Do they really need a 40 page menu? I know who's kitchen I'm going to raid in a zombie apocalypse! The food was good, it always is. The carrot cake was okay. I kniw, who gets carrot cake at the Cheesecake Factory? Me. I'm not a fan if cheesecake, it was my son's birthday. I will say I'm very surprised you don't do a free dessert for birthday...you are a dessert restaurant! Do better Cheesecake Factory, do better. Entree, Drink, Dessert it's close to $40 per person...you can spring for one person's birthday dessert.
Popped into The Cheesecake Factory on an afternoon whim after a Dr. appointment. Delighted it was happy hour as we saddled up to the bar. Our bartender, ____, was cheerful, friendly, and knowledgeable of the menu. We ordered drinks and apps from the laborious menu selection …. The servers were quick and played along with our antics. It’s been a few years since I’ve been to a Cheesecake Factory, the Polaris location delivered .
Very warm and inviting atmosphere.
Never a bad meal or bad experience.
Drinks were strong and refreshing.
The food was very flavorable
And we had a very personable waiter.
Great start to a great night at Ohio State Stadium.
Our group had a great time with wonderful food and two great servers- Anna and Elijah. Elijah honored some bizarre requests for our food, and joked around with us just right! We're from Missouri, but would recommend anyone to check out this establishment and if we're back again next year for our conference, we'll definitely hit it up!
The food was amazing, and so was the service and the atmosphere. The desert was so good. The only thing I wish is that the promotion size was smaller.
This is one of the most beautifully decorated restaurants/cafes ever! Service was good, cheesecakes we tried - 30th anniversary chocolate, key lime, pineapple upside down and strawberry - all were super yummy! We were four with different tastes and we def enjoyed them. BTW, it is clean and well-kept restrooms which is a BIG plus for me
I've always have a good meal at Cheesecake Factories, and this location was no different. I ordered the Fish & Chips this time and was not disappointed. The fish fillets were a good size, and the light batter, lightly fried was delicious! My wife was happy with the chopped salad full of various veggies (sans meat at her request). We did order cheesecake, of course, but in a to-go box for later.
