The Cheesecake Factory

I've always have a good meal at Cheesecake Factories, and this location was no different. I ordered the Fish & Chips this time and was not disappointed. The fish fillets were a good size, and the light batter, lightly fried was delicious! My wife was happy with the chopped salad full of various veggies (sans meat at her request). We did order cheesecake, of course, but in a to-go box for later.

Great tasting food and lots to choose from. On this evening it was calm and not too busy as we had missed most of the dinner crowd. Server was helpful and food was delivered quickly. We finished off with cheesecake - yum! Close to I-71 and easy to get to if you’re taking a break on a road trip or passing through Columbus. There is a mall at this location too should you need some retail therapy.

Do they really need a 40 page menu? I know who's kitchen I'm going to raid in a zombie apocalypse! The food was good, it always is. The carrot cake was okay. I kniw, who gets carrot cake at the Cheesecake Factory? Me. I'm not a fan if cheesecake, it was my son's birthday. I will say I'm very surprised you don't do a free dessert for birthday...you are a dessert restaurant! Do better Cheesecake Factory, do better. Entree, Drink, Dessert it's close to $40 per person...you can spring for one person's birthday dessert.

The restaurant was beautiful and so clean. The host and hostesses were wonderful. Our waitress was extremely attentive. We ordered the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and the portion was very large, so we brought back leftovers. We also ordered the Crab Cake Bites, Cheeseburger Spring Rolls and Street Corn. All was fresh, hot, and really good. The Street Corn is a great recommendation. This is a top notch place.

Went for food at this place for the first ever. To be perfectly honest, I'm sure like others, I thought this was a candy factory / cream parlour not a full restaurant. I was pleased to find out it served everything! We had a great meal, the food was fantastic. We definitely ordered and ate too much but it was great. The inside seemed VERY well air-conditioned which I love but my friends did not to the point of mentioning it several times... The only thing I did not like was our specific wait staff as he became rude and condescending when speaking with our 80 year old family member about how the science of haemoglobin works in the steak. Listen man, he's 80... if he says no blood just say "Ok Sir" thats it, you single handedly made his night worse. Worst yet there was a language barrier on his part, he didn't even know what that word was in English. Great food, great place, and bad staff member.
