Mcdonald's

They got my order wrong two days ago, but I went there today and it was even worse. I sat in line from 10:20-10:25 and then when I order my breakfast, they tell me they’ve switched over to lunch. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and you don’t switch until 10:30 and you can still take breakfast orders a few minutes after.

Every time my family has went food was not fresh, rude employees, their was one incident where I had ordered 3 kid meals and my son was missing his and was rude cause I asked them to fix my sons missing happy meal, also my children was missing their toys and even fries out of their kid meals. The fries have been cold every time. Main issue is all the time receiving cold food or missing items.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a mcrib, 4 mcchickens, a medium fry, a small fry, and a pie. Total came to almost $20. The girl at the window was very rude and basically threw our bag at us. We barely get down the road and start getting our food out of the bag to come across ONLY a pie and a small fry. I paid almost $20 for a small fry and a pie!! I called the store to let them know I was turing around and coming back for the rest of my food that they failed to give me. When the "man" brought our food outside we asked to make sure everything that was previously missing was now in our bag and he refused to talk to us and walked back into the building. I am very unsatisfied with the workers in this particular restaurant.

Waited for around 20 min in drive-thru finally got our food.... we upgraded to a large meal and the large fry wasn't even half full and they was ice cold and had hair on em, ask for a large sweet tea was gave a unsweetened tea because no sweet tea was made. And the real bad part was all the food we ordered wasn't even in the bag, left out sandwiches. Went back the manager was very rude and hateful.
