Arby's

27 June 2022. I ordered 2 chicken burgers with fries. The chicken inside the burger was not even hot and was hard like stone. Clearly from the pictures it is visible that chicken is not fresh and is not good to eat . Worst experience at arby’s. They deserve zero star. Worst customer service and now I have to garbage my 10 dollars worth of food and again spent money somewhere else to buy something else. Zero star for arby’s.

If i could post with zero stars I would. Service was terrible. Everybody there was walking around like they had no idea what was going on. We waited behind one person for about 15 minutes (probably because they screwed his order up too). We ordered a gyro and a club wrap with a shake. They tried to give us a coke in place of my shake. Not even knowing I ordered the shake. When we told them what it was supposed to be, they told us the shake machine was down. So after them fooling around for 15 more minutes trying to refund my money for the shake. They come back and give me a sprite in place. We leave. Then realize they didn't even give me the club I ordered they gave me a roast beef sandwich that looked like dog food. Don't recommend this place at all.

Its great, I've had Arby's onec in each state I've lived(5) just to remind myself why I don't eat at Arby's. So I moved to TN and there's Arby's so I go and eat, BEST Arby's sandwich I've ever had. I have no idea why or what they could possibly do differently than the other chains but I've been back multiple times now I love it. And the folks that work there are some of the nicest best service I had in any fast food chain, also not sure how this is possible at a truck travel stop fast food joint but they're ya go I guess weirder stuff has happened.

Most pitiful service I have ever seen! Did not get any help from anyone! Lady at the drive thru told them in the back they had guest and nobody ever came out. Food setting out by the fryers looked to have been there for hours. If there was a no stars option I would give them that instead of one. After we left the manager came from the back but never offered any explanation. Poor service and cleanliness of the store!
