Waffle House

The one on Nashville highway is so much better. I only came here cause they was packed and now I wish I woulda waited cause the food here on james campbell is nasty asf…. My steak sandwich was not done the waffle still taste like the mixing…… Only thing that was good was the drink and my hashbrown…. Maybe the next shift can cook better but first shift need more training!!!!!!!!

Never thought I would give a poor rating to WH However, this one did not live up to their reputation Equipment broken down. Omelette came out with half the ingredients one normally gets. Couldn’t get it fluffed because blender broken First time to come to this location. Would give it a second chance except the server told us that it’s always like this

Waitress was awesome, food was good, music playing was so loud couldn't hear yourself think let alone try to have a normal conversation with company. Biggest issue is a supervisor who was working the grill, came out of the rest room while I was waiting with her apron on, she had it folded up but still that is wrong on so many levels, in the restroom so much bacteria just really unsanitary and she went right back to working the grill. We won't be back to this store again. And it was so cold inside restaurant you wouldn't even n think of trying to take your coat off, 28 degrees outside, just as cold inside

Very respectable Wafflehouse. I was very happy to learn management cares about their employees I had the best experience with a newer server I hadn't seen before. I seen some guys being absolutely awful towards her early early this am and it really bothered me. I wished people were more courteous...you can really tell a person's character by how they treat servers. Anyway I had terrific service as always. I do hope that young lady is blessed for her handling a bad situation so well. Job well done!
