Waffle House

Walked right in and sat at the 'bar' actually had two servers trying to wait on me(thumbs up to Hayden). Saw a very efficient business! Well disciplined. I saw a younger cook being trained that give me a little hope for the American future,he took a little criticism without the ' meltdown' you get from the other 90,% of kids. Liked the salt and pepper availability ,coffee cup never went down past 1/2 and was totally impressed with the ham quality and size.

Worst waffle I have been to in my entire life. I travel the country for work and eat at waffle house pretty regularly. This is my 3rd visit to this particular one and have been let down each time. This service is awful, the food has gotten my employees sick. They store Definitely needs some attention from the managers

Food was Good. But the male employees who was training a female cook was extremely rude to his trainee, he actually said "DONT DO WHAT I DO, DO WHAT I SAY!! That was Horrible and he kept going from there. And what was worst than that was how FILTHY THE PLACE WAS!! FLOOR DIDN'T LOOK TO HAVE BEEN MOPPED IN YEARS. DOORS WERE RIDDLED WITH FINGER PRINTS AND DIRT. The staff was extremely busy but they don't even deserve to work in such filth and that guy should be retrained on how to interact and train or terminated and the busser should be trained to clean doors and mop. No way I'll ever back solely based on the FILTH

This had to be the worst Waffle House experience we have ever had. This is the first time we have been to one since covid hit. It is my my mother-in-laws favorite place to eat while on road trips. Needless to say, we were all deeply disappointed. Not overly busy but had to wait for a table to be cleaned to be seated. 4 servers and a cook working. Our server had been there about 2 months, the others were newer. The "cook" was a "manager" from another store. Asked for the little menu but was told they didn't have it any more. Orders were wrong, over cooked. No salsa for the omelets, said it was discontinued, sausage in our omelets, and about half of the hash brown menu missing.
