Papa Johns Pizza

Update added two stars: I was contacted by the general manager. He apologized and gave me a full refund. I will try ordering again in the future. Thank you! What an awful experience. I paid almost $50 for my order and the pizza was inedible. It had a thick layer of raw dough inside. The veggies were not cut small or spaced out. It looked and tasted terrible. When I called PJ the man who answered said it was not possible for that to happen but he would send a new pizza. I said that's fine thank you! 45 min later the delivery guy drops it off and says "we cooked it more for you" like he was making a joke. The new pizza was burnt and it still had a thin layer of raw dough! They both tasted bad and I ate a slice of the raw dough before I realized what was wrong. There is a problem with the oven like the setting is wrong. I just want the food I paid for to be cooked and I have never been treated badly like this using a food delivery service. I wasn't rude on the phone and said thank you over and over. I assumed the first time around it was a mistake and they would fix it. Instead they mocked me while delivering a burned but still raw follow up pizza.

Brownies are always tasty, but this store only gets my order right 45% of the time. I always order through the app and get cheese sticks, brownies, and an extra sauce for the cheese sticks because one isn’t enough. Extra sauce prices recently went up from $0.50 to $0.75, but I’m still paying for something I’m not getting. I even add directions to the driver, “Must B 2 sauces!” For today’s order, I didn’t get my second sauce, the cheese sticks are missing cheese on the end pieces, which is typical, and there is a line in the brownies from closing the lid with the flap IN a brownie. Annoying! Needless to say that one didn’t come out of the tin well at all. This is the only Papa Johns that delivers to my house and I love the cheese sticks and brownies, so I keep coming back. I have had orders comped before (not today), so they try to make amends, but this keeps happening.

The pizza got here late and cold. I called to let them know and the girl who picked up the phone said "We're busy!" I told her they should say that when taking the order, so people don't expect their food at the time they "promise". She passed me on to the manager I guess, whom I told the same thing, and he said "Fine" and hung up on me. Terrible customer service!

Delivery time show 20-30 mins, when placing an order but every time order comes hour or later. This papa john location does not understand the meaning of customer service or being on time with an order. If you want your food to be on time for an event or something, dont take a chance with this location. Worst part is they wont do anything about your food being late or cold.
