Visit South Carolina for the day I wanted two order of mini dogs they only had one the heavy set guy on the register look at me like ok at most Auntie Anne's be like the wait is 10 mins he had me thinking they couldn't Cook anymore my son has autism and wanted them so bad so the guy with his nonchalant attitude I was like forget it when I came out of Dave and buster an hour and a half later the line was long and I saw more mini pretzel hot dogs he had me thinking Aunt Anne's was bout to close some people just don't need to work with the public and work from the comfort of there home

The older man on register, I suspect was the manager - very curt. The regular pretzels looked ok enough to buy (really wanted one...you know how it is...), but disappointed that they only opened at 11a - it was a little after 12noon. I really wanted 2 almond pretzels, however they only had 1, and it was burned and looked stale. I asked if there were more, he said in. I could go on. I hope the other locations are not owned or managed by hum. By the way, my strawberry frozen lemonade...sloppy. Rewards...GO GET THE APP. sigh....

The pretzels taste like they using to much cooking spray on the pans. The nasty taste is overwhelming. Pay to much money to have to throw them in the trash. Need to use less spray or find a new one. I'm fine with them

This is a review for the stand on the first floor near the escalators. Whichever manager that worked today around 1:30PM needs a major lesson in customer service and respect. As I'm buying pretzels for my family, I order a frozen slush. I asked her for a combination of all flavors and the cashier said okay. After I pay and grab the pretzels. The cashier said she could only give me cherry as the manager JUST added water to the slushies so they wouldn't be ready for some time. Instead of the manager telling her employees about it, she stayed quiet and let me order something she knew wouldn't be ready for purchase. I didn't feel like waiting for a refund so I took the cherry. When the manager made the cherry drink, she didn't make eye contact, she merely slid the drink across the counter. She shouldn't be a manager if she can't at least communicate with guests who have issues unless that's the company standard. She was completely unprofessional. The cashier was more helpful than she was.

I visited Auntie Anne's pretzels at the main food court in the columbia mall.
I am very pleased with the cleanliness of the store and the kindness of the staff. Their baked goodies are always very good and the line moves fast.
Always a nice treat. I've been there multiple times with the same experience so I wanted to take some time out of my day to write this because of my great experiences.

The manager JEN is super rude and lacks professionalism. The pretzels are always hard and today one of their employees came from a break in the food court and went straight to making my order without even washing her hands during a pandemic!! trifling, disgusting, and nasty. I won't be returning.
