Longhorn Steakhouse

The parmesan crusted chicken was so juicy, cheesy and full of flavor. Our server, Anthony was pleasant. I was pleased that there wasn't a wait time during lunch. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't serve yeast rolls. The bread they serve can't compare to being served yeast rolls with honey butter.

The food was all delicious. The brussels sprouts are absolutely to die for! Everything else was good as expected. The main reason for docking a star who is the extremely poor service for the second half of our meal. Our food was delivered by food runners instead of our server and our server did not come to check on us for almost 20 minutes. So we never got to tell her that one of the sides we ordered never arrived and we needed drink refills etc. I know restaurants are shortstaffed but during our late dinner the restaurant was not busy. I am not sure if that is a training issue but I feel like it is a standard server practice of checking on your tables just after the food has come to make sure everything is okay.

Absolutely love this location! It’s in a nice area of Columbia, close to just about anything you might need or want to do. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, especially with kids and their low tolerance for wait times. We loved that they offered our kids a kids menu/coloring page while they waited! It kept us all in a good mood! The inside is pretty typical of Longhorn, but it’s kept VERY clean…the bathrooms, dining floor, and even the outside premise. Staff all wore their masks properly, too, so it was a comfortable and enjoyable meal. The food is spectacular! Our very picky kids suddenly decided to try the Wild West Shrimp and loved it! That’s huge for us! Food came out quickly, just as we ordered it, and piping hot (except for kids meals—they’d obviously considered the temperature for kids, which was awesome!). We also love how easy it is to use coupons when we have them. Everything about eating here is enjoyable and easy!

The Experience there was good the only problem was that our food came out at room temperature my daughter steak was not well done still bleeding and the waitress never refreshed our glasses for soda empty plates were left on the table and one of the way to support our food out with his fingers in our plate so I requested him to take the food back survey the game without his fingers and I'll plates. I am a system director of food service at one of our prominent universities and I know protocol when it comes to serving food and a lot of rules were broken but nevertheless when things were corrected the dining experience was good
