Orange Julius

Management needs to improve staffing. Went on a Sunday evening before closing and the gentleman at the register was about to cry. Prior to arriving he had to put a 5 minute break sign so he could use get some change. It was obvious and sad to hear that he was stressed out. Retail is brutal when the higher ups don't give sufficient help and drain you for every piece of youth you have left. Drink was great although they were out of bananas and coconut. In the meantime please give this man a raise or some help. Thanks.

The management does not treat the workers well here. In the heat of summer, when everyone is lining up for cold shakes, they only have one person working- taking orders, making food and drinks, washing dishes, and everything. The review above said that the workers need "retraining" for not being friendly. Would you be friendly of you were running around back and forth working your butt off for hours without being able to take a five minute break? Forget a lunch break. What I've seen when ordering an orange Julius from this place is just plain exploitation. Squeezing low wage workers for every morsel of energy they have to give. The one person doing everything was doing dishes too. It's just impossible and outrageous for them to staff that way.

The employee's at this location could use some retraining. The young lady at the register was great but the others were running around like they didn't know what they were doing yelling at each other. I couldn't see at the point of sale how dirty it was there until I was in line waiting for the order. After seeing the sheer disregard to cleanliness I threw away my drink. This is a location I will not be returning to.
