Ordered a double whopper and onion rings...only 1 hamburger patty did not discover this until already back in the truck across the street. How disappointing that can't count to 2.

Literally the worst burger King I have ever been at. The girl at the counter was extremely rude, waited a VERY long time for food (ordered for 2 people, not an army)
I want to emphasize how rude the people are. I thought people are supposed to be nice in the southern half of the country. I'm going back to Pennsylvania!

Inside closed at 8pm on a friday night even tho its connected to a convience store/truck stop that has punps and parking for big rigs. How are the truckers supposed to eat if the inside is closed, you cant walk up to the drive thru window and you cant fit a semi truck thru the drive thru? Minimum wage minimum effort

I used to love Burger King, the original chicken sandwich is not the same & these nuggets I got are NOT Burger King nuggets, not to mention they docked me &&& my friend both 2 nuggets each. This is no "fast food" restaurant. It's 6 pm, dinner time, & there's not a single person waiting for food in here. Took 23 minutes for my food to be ready. I mean good price. But not service. There was 3 tables with garbage everywhere, half eaten sandwiches, spilled chicken fries, napkins & trays & ketchup all over 1 of them.

You can't cook, bag, and take orders and money on the drive thru. You can't run a Burger King with 1 person and expect everyone to wait 20 minutes just to place an order

Asked for no ketchup and ALL they gave me was ketchup and it’s even on the receipt!!!! Ate there twice in a month. Still manage to mess up a easy order. Today got 2 whoppers.open it up had a half of patty on it. They suck!! will never eat here again.

Worse BK I've been to in years. Apparently it's normal for this store looking at the other reviews. Zero customer acknowledgement and cold food. The place was empty also during a Saturday night...this should tell management something is wrong. I won't be back.
