I'm unsure of the other reviews but I have never had an issue that couldn't be fixed, each and everytime I order my food is bomb💣 so good!!! It's always hot fresh and fast service. I love my neighbor Pizza Hut. I will continue to order from Bush River Rd location, thank you for great service and good food👍🏾❤

There some slices of my pizza that was not done and was undercooked. The cinnamon rolls tasted old and nasty. I wouldn't recommend them at all. The entire pizza was not done.

Today i called bout 6 times and the first time a guy answered but hung up when i was placing my order, called back then the call dropped again, called 3 more times later and allll i kept getting was the same foreign call center rep who just transferred me over and neverrrrr got anyone on the phone. Bushriver location need to fix their phone system or hire workers who will answer the phone, don't make any sense.

Messed up the order then was basically Interrogated over the phone till the manager agreed to send the correct pizza to swap out for the mistake. Was supposed to get an ultimate cheese pizza with double cheese. And it amounted to a little less than Chucky cheese quality with no chance of there being double cheese on it. Really disappointed considering it was a 3 hour process ordering and receiving the pizzas we ordered. For a price that could easily be beaten elsewhere.

FIrst of all the driver waas rude and does not listen. Our food was cold not to mention he asked and employee to clock him in while we are telling him we will be paying one order in cash and the other with a card. He set in our face and annoyed us and took the full order off on my coworkers card! I will be contacting corporate to make a complaint!

Make the pizza fresh and dont pile it up with so much sauce and more than 2 pepperoni on each slice. The bread was soggy on the bottom and the breadsticks was to soggy to even attempt to eat. The last 3 times have been pretty bad at this location for the amount of money we spend just to waste the pizza and breadsticks.

Apparently they don't greet or acknowledge customers waiting for pick up orders. When l walked in crew member was on their phone at the register no paying attention!! I stood in lobby no line waiting for a few said hello no one still didn't come AWFUL!! IF YOU DON'T LILE YOUR JOB QUIT!!! HORRIBLE NO SERVICE!!! NO STARS!!
