Sub Shop

Just got a Roast Beef and Swiss sandwich and thought it tasted like a salad on bread. I opened it up and it was super light on RB and absolutely NO Swiss. I just wanted a good RB and Swiss sandwich and got zero so that’s what I’m going to give you in Stars…just for the record…because apparently you can’t post zero stars. I never complain but in this case, I’m making an exception. I had already paid for the sandwich including the extra charge for cheese and it’s literally not on there.

Driving to the sub shop I was greeted with what appears to be former Taco Tico décor. The sign outside boasts that they have been "Serving Mid-Missouri's Original Oven Baked Subs since 1975." Well that sign is right, it is clear they're still serving the original batch of subs they baked back in 1975. That's is what my wife and I both received after ordering what was described on the menu as a French Dip sandwich. I say "described" because what I received could be better described as shoe leather that was both flaccid and stricken with rigor mortis. I think the "au jus" was watery Lipton onion soup mix mixed with a pinch of beef bouillon. What a very disappointing experience.

I was excited to order over the phone a Italian with Italian dressing instead of pizza sauce. I had my assistant go and pick it up because we are at work , he brought back a Italian with pizza sauce not only inside but all over the outside of sandwich. I drive over and wait “as they catch up” to have a rude woman come up to counter and gives me attitude for returning the sub and ask for my money back. Sandwich is still hot and she says I need a receipt. I almost lost my mind. Terrible customer service. Never will our business order from here again . I paid 9.71 and she was so lazy to do her job , she refused 8.03. Seriously
