Taco Bell

This might be the worst Taco Bell in Missouri. Consistently only accepts cash which is a lie. Had someone work here tell me they do that to reduce traffic to the drive in. Not only that, the staff is always rude, wait times are long, and food is never fresh. GM here needs to make some moves. Hasn’t happened in at least a year.

I live right around this Taco Bell and have visited many times but I think this will be my last time. I understand that times are tough but it feels like these guys don't even want to do business. The staff is consistently rude, half the time its cash only/not taking orders at all, and the food has been hit or miss. I have had many orders with stale tortillas and they usually skimp on the meat and then douse it in sour cream. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this place has been consistently awful/frustrating to visit.

Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told immediately upon arrival that they were no longer taking orders. I asked why their hours said they were open until 2am then and they said they are open they are just not accepting orders. What does that even mean? The 8 cars in front of me all got to order! *Update* They are only apparently "looking into it". They do not seem to be interested in getting me to come back.

Great food and very friendly and kind staff, but last 2 times I've gone here during operating hours (past 10 at night) and they've been closed because of understaffing. I don't blame the workers, rather I blame the managers who write the schedule and allow workers to fall behind on busy nights. Please fix!!

I arrived at about 5:10 pm for a online app pickup order however there was quite a line and it took easily 20 minutes to reach the window and receive my order. Bad timing during the dinner rush, my own fault. Despite the wait, my order was still hot and accurate. Staff was friendly and efficient for the volume.
