Pretzel Time

Gave me an already opened cream cheese. Tried to give my kids old, half-filled cups of cinnamon bites. When I asked for fresh ones (they were already out of the oven) they tried to give us half filled cups again. I asked them to fill the cups (???) and had 2 different employees give me attitude. How do they have 5 people working in that little store and all the food is old/already opened/half the portion you're paying for? Super unfortunate.

I stopped here at 5:58 pm with my family because my kids really wanted a hotdog pretzel. The lady working on Thursday (02/24) was not welcoming at all and seemed annoyed before we even ordered. After ordering our pretzel dogs, I asked if she could put Parmesan cheese on my pretzel bites, she replied “I can try” in a sort of annoyed tone. I told her that they do it for me all the time and she replied, “well we already put everything away”. I left without getting anything because I didn’t feel like I would be getting what I would be paying for. I hope she doesn’t treat everyone the way she treated our family.

Was in the Mall and wanted to get a pretzel for later. I ordered a Small Cinnamon Pretzel Nuggets with 2 Sweet Sauces. Got home and checked my receipt and I was also charged for a Sour Cream and Onion--$3.29. Did not receive this or order that. I wished I had checked my receipt before I left. Not happy with the extra charge!!!!!

While the pretzels are good, mine was over cooked and a bit stale. The girl who was at the register was not very friendly, either. The lemonade is good, the pretzel was ok, but overall not a very wow experience. The store was not busy when I went, either, so it isn't as though she was rushing to get to more customers

Was really not happy with my most recent experience here. It was yesterday, 1/9/17, and around 4:30 I guess. My mom went up to order, and the man working at the counter didn't even look at her as he greeted her. He was sort of staring off into the distance. Not friendly at all and rude, basically. When we said we wanted a cinnamon pretzel he goes "ok...(looks over to display) oh wait we don't have any. you can get the nuggets though" I sort of pushed that "what, do you guys not make any more at a certain time of day?" and he said something about it taking 15 minutes. When you look up AA's on the columbia mall website it says "pretzels never kept longer than 30 minutes!" I highly doubt this, they should have had some of one of their most popular items prepared.
