You have to be careful of the time of day you go to this location. I've gone in the morning and there are some workers who are pleasant and courteous. I went today and boy was I disappointed. How hard is it to be pleasant at the window and to ensure you give the correct drink? I do not drink sweet tea.

I got the 2 for 5$ Classic chicken sandwich with jalapeno poppers on the side. Meals are always amazing here. The Impossible Whopper is good too. Five stars and two thumbs up.

This trip was awful with customer service and they took the 'fast' outta fast food. I waited at drive thru order station for almost 5 minutes before they took my order. There was a car waiting behind me and they got outta their car to see if they were even open. The parking lot was practically empty. Overall it took approximately 11 minutes for our food. I should've just left but my dumb self waited. 😔😔😔

This location gets 1 star because I can't give them zero stars. Placed an order and once it was delivered, the fries felt like they were from the night prior, the burgers were a piece of meat slapped between two plain buns. No condiments, straws, or toy with kids meal order. Can't be too complicated taking an extra second to make the burgers accordingly, or adding condiments, a straw, and a toy.

Ordered double whopper with bacon and cheese,big king,2 large fries,chicken sandwich and halepeno snacks.
All i got is 2 fries and big king and lucky i checked the bag andd was missing a lot so tried to get in but doors closed not getting in have to stand by window for service and after a while not even speaking to window person someone comes out with a bag with the rest of my order but again my halepeno snacks missing!!!!! To upset to wait again I paid $33. For nothing but frustration

Horrible customer service. Was taking order then stop taking order. They never came back to take order and there were a lot of cars who wanted to order, but they left to go somewhere else. Stayed there to see if they was going to finish my order but didn’t come back like I mentioned. Terrible!! Terrible!!! There’s no excuse!
