We just needed a cold place to get some wiggles out, so we decided to take a walk through the Parkade Plaza. So glad that we walked into the sub shop for the very first time. The girl at the front was so kind and helpful. We decided to buy a brownie for dessert and it was absolutely delicious. I have to come back to get some of the delicious sounding subs next time! Totally coming back.

Have enjoyed Sub Shop for years--too many to count but had never been to this location and because were at the start of a major family road trip, this location was most convenient as we drove through Columbia and we ate here. Whole hoagie on wheat for most of the family and a meatball sub thrown in for good measure. Same great food as ever! Started the road trip ona great note! Thanks Sub Shop! Highly recommend!

Ordered by phone for pick up simple order whole veggie on white bread…..i was starving drove across town go pick it up go home after a few bites i notice my sandwich is missing several ingredients i call and let the shop know was not offered a refund a remake or anything just that they would pass my concerns on to the manager. very disappointing and $16 down the drain a regular customer who will no longer waste my money.

It's a little pricey but I'd much rather be giving my money to an independent shop who hangs Black Sabbath on the wall than a faceless corporation. All ingredients are super fresh. Tossed salad was really good! I can see why they've won awards for their sub buns.

Ordered food for pick up. Went to store. Myself and another customer just waiting, nobody is working. Call the main line, they call the store phone...while I'm standing there. They can't reach anybody. Nobody offered me anything other than "you can pick up your order at another store". 30 minutes of my life gone, still hungry, very sad. I checked to make sure nobody was dead or hurt behind the counter and in the back. Ghost town.

We enjoyed our Reuben on wheat tremendously!! OMG it was amazing. Only one worker to handle the whole shop...she did a great job!!! Worth the wait.

Don't know how they stay open at this location. Must be deliveries because it is always empty. Im not a big sub shop fan myself but it's a local favorite. Nothing wrong with this place other than my personal preference. I'm sure many would give it a 5 star review. Im just not a big fan.
