Red Lobster

So we were seated quickly than sat there for 25 with no waiter arriving. I what to ask for service. We got drinks ordered waited another 10 min for drinks to arrive one of the kids drinks was leaking waited another 8 min for that drink to arrive. No biscuits until management staff was approached again by me. We were comped an appetizer. Then approximately another 30 min our food finally arrived and it was over cooked and not eaten. Again approached the management staff the uneaten meal was removed from the bill. The salads only arrived after our meal was received and we asked for them. No crab crackers offered for the snow crab legs. No extra napkins provided even when asked for. Have no clue what our waiters name was as it was never provided. I was a waitress thru college and I have NEVER NOT GIVEN A TIP Until today. Very poor experience over all. Management was responsive she was the very best part of the meal.

Good service and food. It's been over two years since our last visit to Red Lobster, and I don't really feel I missed much. Everything was fine, but I'd rather eat at home. Visiting here just didn't feel special, and if I'm spending $100+ for three adults to eat, I'd like it to feel a little special.

My family and I used to eat at Red Lobster every Saturday and had no complaints whatsoever. Sadly, things have changed. They no longer offer free salads with your meal and the prices have gone up. I usually get the crab Alfredo and now you have to pay for extra sauce because otherwise your pasta is plain and dry. I couldn't even eat my food last time because everything was drenched in butter. It made me feel awful after a couple of bites. If the prices have to go up so much, they could at least make sure the food is edible.

I gave my grandparents a gift certificate to get themselves dinner and when they went and it came time to pay they used it. The waitress then brings over a thing for them to sign to give her the rest of the certificate as her tip as if they couldn’t tip her out of their pockets. When they tried to refuse doing that she became very rude telling them they had to. They said the food was very good but the service could use some work.
