How easy is lunch now? Just order online, go pick it up and there ya go! Had the Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich soooooo good! Toasted, would've been phenomenal! Amazing lunch!

Don’t recommend this Panera at all! Literally repeated my order back to me correctly and STILL managed to forget not one but 4 things on my order. This was how I was given the things they forgot, barely any salsa verde and now I have to scrape the bowl. When it simply could have been made right the first time or remade. Minimal effort was given when I complained. Don’t waste your time, go to the one in the mall or on Conley xoxo

Excellent food as always! This location is a bit hard to get to as it doesn't have a dedicated entrance, but there is a drive thru and pickup order parking available for convenience.
Staff were very nice and the restaurant was clean, plus calm music was playing, which made my visit very relaxing. They were out of cane sugar for the tea at the drink area, but I went with soda instead anyways. Definitely will visit again!

Be sure to being a cash tip! You can’t add a tip onto the receipt which I understand why they restrict that but also hate because tipping is something I highly value -being employed in that kind of business myself. Tips should not be ignored. It’s very much an obligation as far as I’m concerned. So be sure to have a few bucks handy before you order!

Ordered food from here multiple times and order is always wrong. We get shorted multiple items even thought they’ve been checked off on the receipt. My husband went to pick up order the once and we were shorted. Thankfully he was there and got the rest of the order. I wouldn’t recommend unless you’re physically in the store and waiting. Don’t have it delivered.

This was my favorite Bread Co. while in Columbia despite being too small. This place is always packed and parking can be an issue. The food comes out pretty quick and I have never had an issue in the dozens of times I have been here. The Frontega Chicken Panini is my go-to. The Ciabatta bread that they use is unbeatable.
EDIT: The new location is better for parking, but I'm not a fan of the inside. There are no longer any booths.

Went there at 7:30pm only two type of coffee available. When I went to the counter the lady said she could brew some and asked if I could wait.. brought it out and had coffee grounds all in it. Terrible service and telling me you can brew some.. some should already be brewing
