Little Caesars

Usually the pizza @ this branch location is legit. But I think they were running behind and gave me a pizza that was supposed to be something else. It's ok if I would have to wait but just make them like you always do. Don't do that. You know that didn't look right. They were nice and professional and gave me a fresh one. All is well.

I only order the Extra Most Bestest Pepperoni pizza so I ordered one a few minutes ago, check it and it's a regular pepperoni pizza with no extras. I tell the manager and she pulls out a regular pepperoni pizza that looks exactly like mine with no extras and says "this is a regular pepperoni, yours has way more." She said the extra most bestest gets 54 pepperonis. I was hungry and didn't feel like arguing so I just go home and count them. There was only 37, just like I thought. I even counted the ones missing from the picture too. This will be my last time eating from this store.

The staff is very friendly. The pizza is always “hot and ready”! LOL Food is never burned, ingredients are always tasty. The wait is not long when you order something not on the regular menu (like pep and bacon 😋 ). I stop here regularly, especially during the summer, for the kids as the heat makes cooking unthinkable! They love it as well.

The woman that is the manager behave like she the pizza police or something. Her Attitude is off. Dont like the way fix pizza. She charges for condiments like the garlic butter sauce, not the one in the cup as the pizza comes out the oven and brush the garlic butter topping all over. Not only that they've taken pizza that was already made reheat it put the toppings on like it was freshly made. If Im ordering something Im order what I want how I want cause Im paying for it.

I've never been to a little caesars that wouldn't add butter and garlic to my pizza yet charged for it over the phone. I'm from Michigan where the restaurant began so I've been eating there since i was a child. I asked the young lady would they apply the butter and garlic and she said they don't do that and proceeded hand me a packet of flavor dip. Which is far from parmasan. I won't be going to this location ever again.

Please check your food before you leave. There's no phone number on the receipt, when I finally find the right number to the right store. The girl on the phone claimed to be a manager but refused to tell me her name or any name to reference her by. Rude Rude Rude... Then she proceeded to blame my daughter for them messing up the pizza. How? None the less I'll take this issue all the way to corporate. In times like these every cent matters. Im not a fan of wasting my hard earned money. 😤
