So I have only been in Columbia a short time and always see this place but just never brought my self to come in, BIG MISTAKE this place was amazing I got the cheese soup bread and the Alfredo tortellini and it was all great , great service and we got sat pretty quickly for a lunch rush . Really good food I'm very interested to try other things on the menu as well so many options .

Very good food and service was great. Portobello mushroom appetizer was a bad idea for the money. One mushroom small may I say and some tomatoes with sauce. Was good but not enough to justify the price.

Very good quality and quantity of food. We had a salmon dish that was on special (excellent), and lobster ravioli. We were delighted with both choices. Staff was very good - prompt, attentive, well versed on the menu and very courteous. If we're in the area, we will return.

We had a great time at the pasta factory! The service was on point, food was delightful and the atmosphere was uniquely fun. They had unique choices on the menu with a variety of things that you would not expect to see at a restaurant called the “the pasta factory”. They’re more than just noodles people! We had a great time and we will go again. I forgot to mention a couple things. The bathrooms were a little worn down. Could use some updating there. The pasta salad was a delightful surprise. I really appreciated all the unique Stainglass windows. They obviously have taken some time to collect a various amount of logoed glasses. They were fun.

Our family shared an order of fried ravioli to start off our me out and they were delicious! Everything seemed to be a little overpriced my opinion and I wasn't Amazed by the food that it was okay. The waiter had some difficulties throughout and at the end of our meal that were a little frustrating but he was still friendly and overall the experience was not bad.

Went this past weekend with my wife for a nice night out after all the snow, appetizer portions were large and dinner was good. Service was exceptional, took good care of us all throughout our meal making sure we had everything we needed and didn't interrupt us when we were busy talking together. We will be back!

The waitress was wonderful and friendly. Our food was not good. Absolutely no way it was made fresh. Definitely was not cooked to order it came out in 5 minutes after we ordered. We were disappointed.

The space is decent. The food was good (at the moment). The service seemed ok. We'd ordered 2 entrees, 2 salads, an appetizers, pre-dinner cocktails, and a bottle of red wine. The issue started when we asked for more bread. I told the waitress I was happy to PAY for an extra loaf of pre-dinner bread (especially considering we were still waiting for our food at that point), and she told me that if they gave me another loaf then they wouldn't have enough for their Sunday crowd (meanwhile they're located right next to Hy-Vee and Walmart SuperCenter with plenty of flour, baking powder, etc.). It felt like a weird exchange...and one I wouldn't have had if I were a different demographic...but this is Missouri after all. Anyway, maybe opt for take-out so you don't have to deal with competing with a "Sunday Crowd" that who even knows if that crowd will happen to show up vs. the staff taking care of the customers that they actually have before them at the moment who are willing to spend money. BTW: Read the other reviews about their service and bread. That should tell you all that you need to know about how shady of a place this is!!
