Auntie Anne's

Their bread for pretzel bites were doughy. I also ordered 2 corn dog bites and only recieved one. Didn't notice until we were at the theater. Was upsetting to 2 of my kids cause they had to share. That was what they wanted for dinner. But we had to drive all over Columbia at 10 pm to find a restaurant that was still open. We do not live in Columbia so it was not easy to do at all. Couldn't even get the money back for the corn dog bites we did not even get causecwe went home that night. Wasn't going back to Columbia anytime soon.

On 2 different occasions while shopping in the mall we attempted to purchase pretzels.The final attempt was on Thursday June 23 at 6:30 pm we were advised that they weren't making anymore pretzels because they close at 7pm, and our only options were the dried looking pretzels & churros that have been sitting there for some time.

Horrible service 3 storewide 1 register all tied together, the wit jnljbe was 20mins, but it's what the granddaughter wanted so We stood there , we the adults wanted smoothies but that was closed down and no coffee whi h was advertised huge signs allivertry thus drink orthus one, but machines were broken and omgno were in zbottle and weren't allowed toservetgerap since there is no filter!! We ordered a small nugget cup of pretzels, but all that was available was regular sized cups , issued about ysbei g charged for a small she said no you got a regular but I wanted a smalltalk some put and charge me for a small . I'm sorry, maam we can't do that. We'll youmallmgr will find you some smalls or fix those signs!!! Off we went to eat our hard, cold pretzel nuggets. Save your day and mk ey

Went to get pretzel bites, total of FIVE employees in the pretzel area and one girl at the Cinnabon cash register. Stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes waiting to get my pretzel bites (they already had some made so it isn’t like i was having to wait on them to be done). At least 4 people in line behind us and it wasn’t until someone started asking why they weren’t serving me that they decided to get me my pretzel bites. AWESOME service, wont be back😒 Only reason they got 2 stars is because my pretzel bites were good. No wonder the line is always backed up, they ignore their customers! 🙃

I normally love Auntie Anne's pretzels. They told me it would be 8 mins for my pretzel. I said that's fine. I waited 20 mins and finally went back to the counter to ask when my pretzel will be done. She said that she had given my pretzel away to someone else. Then she proceeded to tell me it would be an additional 10 mins for another pretzel. I asked if I could speak to someone in charge to get some type of compensation. She told me she didn't have a manager present. I settled for the old pretzel bites instead. They then told me they were out of the drink I asked for. So I left with 30 mins of my time wasted, no compensation, rude employees acting like was my fault they gave away my pretzel, old pretzel bites and a drink I didn't want, all still at full price. Thank you Auntie Anne's for making a pregnant woman cry on her birthday!
