Wild Crab Seafood

This was my 2nd time visiting this place. My first time was pleasantly good and I saw a good friend. The food is GREAT But I’m giving a 1 star due to customer service The Servers Are Not That Great And I Would Definitely Recommend Some Training To Teach Them How To Talk To Guest. My Server Came To My Table And Said I needed to check out because her shift Was off. I told her give me 2 minutes and Walked of with a very rude attitude and I asked Her was that a problem and she rolled her eyes and Repeated she was about to get off. Then she never came back. The manager came 30 minutes to check me out. I understand people have personal issues or ready to get off but treating customers like paying customers is priority in my book. I hope management understand abs just improve abs train the quality of your servers.! Thanks Guru

I’m so disappointed!!! Kaile was my server, and she should have stayed home. She is NOT personable, knowledgeable, interactive, responsive, or even remotely adequate. The boiled shrimp was good, but the fried “catfish”, fried in flour, was soft and chewy. The fish and onion rings were barely cooked and were so light, I was scared to bite into either. They definitely could have cooked a little longer. That was DISTURBING!! My server didn’t check on me, bring any condiments with my catfish and onion rings, didn’t refill the drink that was overfilled with ice when I asked for “light ice”. I had the option of going to another place, but NOOOO, I wanted to try somewhere new. I won’t do that again.

I enjoyed this seafood broil restaurant. I’ve been to three so far here in South Carolina. Every place I go to, I always order lemon pepper rub chicken week and this place by far rates #1 of 3 for those chicken wings. We also ordered raw oysters which was decently fresh tasting. Although this is also the third restaurant I’ve been too we’re scallops were not part of their menu so maybe it’s not a thing here. Anyhow, between 2 of us, we got 1lb headless shrimp, krab legs, mussels, lobster tail, sausage, and their special seasoning as well as a side of steam rice (got to have that rice). We cleaned the broil up so needless to say it was very good! The host was great and very attentive and the right amount of helpful. Front host was also friendly and polite. All in all, I would definitely recommend and come back.
