I paid over $10 for a tiny salad and a drink. I saw a roaches crawling on the kitchen floor over the counter. The soda dispenser in the dining room had probably an option 325 different drinks out of the probably 20 that these kind of dispensers usually have. The cashier didn't even know the menu. She was friendly though. The salad was good but entirely too small.

We were given the wrong order, at the drive-thru service! The food is disgusting, not fresh, The Fry's much too salty!
The classic chicken lettuce is wilted! I posted earlier directly on the Wendy's App or Website concerning our order, with a picture. I will revisit this store tomorrow for a complete refund. The order was placed about 8:00 p.m. on December 26th 2021. I say this because no receipt was given to us.

We go here for lunch frequently but today was subpar at best: neither of my kids meals had a toy in it, one kids meal had like 10 fries total, and only one kids meal had honey mustard in it although I asked for both to have some. Called the restaurant and someone answered then hung up after I started speaking. Then called back twice and no one answered. Very, very disappointing.

THE WORST WENDYS I EVER HAD! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! NEW STAFF AND MANAGEMENT PLEASE! WAITED IN LINE FOR AT LEAST 30 minutes. My nuggets was over cooked and fries was cold. I spent $30 something dollars for a family of four for us to get bad service and food. I’ll rather McDonald’s over this anytime. And oh don’t order sprite it taste just like little bit of acid and water.

I ordered a Baconator and it tasted horrible. I ordered two small diet cokes (because they were out of large cups) they gave me one small sweet tea and wouldnt give me a receipt. Ridiculous.

Just dirty in restaurant and the bathroom. Poor service had to wait over 20 minutes to get waited on then it took them over 15 mins to get our food. Plus 4 other customers came in and walked out. Need better staff and a cleaner establishment. Not happy at all!! Won't go here again!!

I got a raw hamburger for lunch. I tried to call but no one is answering the phone. I am at work soo I can't take it right back. Better believe I'm going back to let them see just in case I get food poisoning. Wendy's I tried to call you, you didn't answer.

I always love to go to Wendy's like 10 to 11:00 cuz that's when the baked potatoes are so fresh and good the chicken nuggets are good too I really like this Wendy's
