Applebee's

We waiting at the door with multiple other couples to be seated. Staff kept walking by, looking at us, but no one stopped to say anything. Eventually enough people built up, so the hostess said someone would seat us eventually, they needed five minutes to clear tables. She repeated this when she stopped by again a few times, and then the manager started coming by to tell us that too, but the restaurant wasn’t busy and no one was making an effort to clear the few cluttered tables. When we finally got seated, it was difficult to get serviced in a decent amount of time. Our waitress was mostly nice, but we did get some rude looks from staff when we asked for refills. Both of our entires were cold, but they had no issue charging us $50. My broccoli was also hard. The online payment portal didn’t work, so we had to wait even longer to pay our ticket so we could leave. This was our second time here and it wasn’t any better than the first, so I doubt we’ll be back again.

My family and I have been to this location twice. Both times the service has not been bad, but Non Existent. I completely get being short staffed. If that’s the case, say something. If there’s an issue, say something. Don’t just ignore or seat your customers and let them just wonder what’s going on. If I could give negative stars, I would. We will NEVER return to this location. 👎🏽👎🏽

The staff sucked. We went inside ans was waiting to be seated. The staff would just walk pass us,look over and keep doing whatever it was they were doing. At no time did anyone say anything to us nor the lady before us. After about 9 minutes, I walked over to the bar and asked ," is anyone going to sit us?". He said oh yes,sorry about that let me check..... He went to the kitchen and staff started looking out at us but no one came. 3 minutes later we walked out and went somewhere else to eat.

Really NO STARS! Just went in for lunch and sat at the bar. Nobody Else at the bar, so I'll sit here. Someone asked if I had a to go order, and I said no. Asked if someone was working the bar, and she said yes. She went to go get them, but never returned. Nor did the bartender ever show up. So I left! Thank You, I will not return!

Ok everyone, I think Applebees on Devine is back! I don’t know who this new chef is, but honey…the food was EXCELLENT today. Even the broccoli was seasoned all the way through. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and the to go food that we ordered taste even better! PLEASE KEEP THIS COOK AND STAFF! I haven’t had food this good since the Pandemic! Kudos to you all

Terrible service. We placed a pick up order and didn't receive our appetizers, so I called and asked to get it removed from the bill. The manager told me he didn't know how to do that and I'd have to either go all the way back either way. For a replacement app or for a refund. They made our whole order over again because they couldn't remove the app. When we went to pick it up they made us wait 45 minutes more then what we were told. Definitely a cluster you know what
