This is my go to place. Love the fried scallops as an appetizer and the hot honey wings with fried rice combo. Never had any issues with pickup or delivery. My food is hot and ready every time.

I ordered 5pc WHOLE chicken wings with chicken fried rice- my order not only arrived WRONG but COLD and SOGGY! When I called to tell them my order was wrong and willing to switch it with no problem! They told me I’d have to pay a extra $2.50 and was told I was being rude when I was not ! NEVER AGAIN will I order from there! Not to mention I’ve ordered from there before just chicken wings and fries and the lady at the pick up window was so rude and annoyed that I asked for ketchup 😣 not to mention I was only given a hand full of fries smh ! Intern go to fish is the chicken n rice with garlic sauce. Seems like they have a new cook because it does not taste or look the same. The garlic sauce looks like pepto bismol, looks like I’ll be looking for another Chinese Restaurant 😕

The manager was very rude and hung up on me when I informed her my meal was 40min late and cold. I called back and she refused to speak with me having another employee give me the information to get my refund. I will never order from there again and she was not apologetic making excuses. The other employee was wonderful and helpful though. I’d give her 5 stars but not even a star for the manager if possible!

The young girl who might of been the owners daughter was so rude. Soon as we pulled up to the window she had an attitude. Wings was the only thing that was good. We got to stop supporting businesses that treat black people with no respect.

Ordered through Grubhub, received a call immediately but my call screening silenced the call. After I googled the number and saw that it was China Wing Basket, I called back. The lady yelled at me asking why the number didn’t go through. I explained that I had call screening. She then demanded my payment card. Grubhub had already deducted the funds from my bank account. I asked “did it not go through?” She said “I guess so, you know, I need to verify the card.” I advised her that I was not comfortable doing that over the phone. She snapped “hey that’s fine, you not comfortable that’s okay, that’s your money and this is restaurant.” I said ok, and she hung up. My order was cancelled and I was immediately refunded. Been ordering here for over a year, never a problem until now.
