Sunday morning the doors were locked you could only do drive-through. There was a long line it took us a half hour to get it and I ordered a egg sausage muffin and both mine and my daughter didn’t have the egg in it. Service is rude. Do not stop here!!!!!! I would give them zero stars but it doesn’t allow me👎👎👎👎

My credit card number was stolen at this location. I gave the girl my credit card and she walked out of sight with it. I thought it was odd, but let it go. Within a day I have multiple fraudulent transactions on my credit card. I was there on 04/09/22 around 2 o’clock pm. The girl working window #2, she had very long eye lashes. BE REAL CAREFUL when you visit this location. MGMT, get it together!

Staff was friendly, so that helped them tremendously, otherwise very disappointing, even for a fast food experience. Ridiculous wait time in the drive thru, 24 minutes to place order with only 4 cars in front of us, about 6 minutes after order to get food, had to make 2 corrections to order when collecting our food, fix a drink & no fries included in bag. Managerial issue at that point in my opinion. This place is one I would never return to.

Every pleasant thing I said to the young lady at the pickup window was meet with silent disdain. I said hello, how are you? I was completely ignored. I asked for sauce and was treated like some annoying bug. I will never go back to this location again. Especially when they have a Chick Fil A right next door. They know how to treat their customers.

No one answering the drive thru again. Several employees in the store that stare at you but don’t attempt to help you. Not a dependable McDonalds for breakfast right by an interstate and only open gate to Fort Jackson on the weekend. Too bad Chick-fil-A isn’t open on Sundays or 24 hours, if they were this place would close down.

I am not sure why children worship McDonald’s, but my children do. During this visit the order was actually correct and we thank you for that. As per the usual, the customer service was lacking.

Friendly staff however waiting time is good 15/20 min until I received my order. Too long of a wait especially when you on lunch !
