Ordered two Mcdoubles with extra onions. I got 2 old blackened, crusty, dry Mcdoubles with slmost NO ONIONS. Didn't feel like wanting in the drive through line. Thank for charging me for literal garbage. It is useless to review these FRANCHISES. .. they don't care... look for small local places.. they care about every review

The lady at the second window handing out the food in the morning acts like she owns the ketchup. If you get 5 items that need ketchup best believe you will get only 3 ketchups. The CARAMEL FRAP MACHINE is ALWAYS DOWN ...just like the ice cream machine. Why even order the frap or ice cream stuff if it is always down?

We waited in line for 30 minutes and we didn't get our order delivered correctly. When we went back to get the missing items we had to wait even longer and then we're told the missing items will take even more time. After another 45 minutes we finally got the missing items, but still got an attitude from the employees as if it was our fault. The food was not done properly, worse macdonald fries we had.

My order was wrong after ordering inside. My cheeseburgers were cold. I got fries in my bag even after telling them I didn't order fries. My husband walked into the men's bathroom and the floor was so slippery he about fell.

Avoid this McDonald's.... It takes forever to get anything anytime you go. Food is always wrong as well. I ordered on app and was told it would be 5 minutes I waited for 25 plus minutes just for a happy meal. 😔

Why is only the drive thru open like we still in a pandemic? Why the cashier causing problems by not alternating answering the kios and taking 3 customers on one line like there aren't two; may need to close down and revamp what's going on in there. Acting like you don't want or need the business. 🤦🏾♀️

Terrible service it’s 12/22/21 we pulled in line at about 9:50pm and sat there for a few minutes and waited until we finally kept saying hello then the lady told us if we know our order pull to the second window. So we did we got to the window at 10:07 after waiting all that time for them to finally say something. The cashier was rushing us she was very unprofessional. This is every time we come here it’s always something idk who management is but they definitely need to make some changes
