Mcdonald's

This McDonald's should be SHUT DOWN!!! My husband and I came here after work on 11/30/2021 to get something quick to eat. He ordered the Mcrib and as you can see it was poorly made, no bbq sauce, patty cold and the fries were cold and nasty as well. We did not check our order before leaving the window, instead we pulled up and checked the food and realize it was wrong. Got back in line and got to the window and the rude employee stated we're closed and we can't refund you. I then request to speak with the manager. She yelled for the manager Freda then stated these rude customers was at the window. The wannabe manager Freda then stated she was not going to refund us nor remake the burger and we could return in the morning for her to remake the order. WORST MANAGER & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! UPDATE....We returned the following day and the manager was not there the entire day, therefore she lied! She wasn't scheduled to be there that day.

Don't go to this McDonald's right at 10:30 if you want lunch. We pulled up to the speaker they made us wait probably 6-7 minutes. The exterior menu changed to lunch but we tried to order lunch they said their interior system hasn't changed over yet and I couldn't order lunch. Their breakfast to lunch transition is not smooth.

The self order kiosks were not working, and the clerk went out to his car and got in. Another staff member took our order, and she was very pleasant. The cheeseburger was cold, and the happy meal hamburger was also cold and didn’t have any apples. The coffee was hot and fresh, but they didn’t have Sweet’n Low, only Splenda. The restrooms were clean, perhaps the best part of our experience.

Ordered on the mobile app and never received food. Then they kept telling me they have no order and I’m showing it to them on my phone. They wouldn’t give me what I ordered and still had the nerve to charge my card. Telling me if we didn’t make it or cash out then it won’t charge me and it did! After waiting in a long line in this summer heat and wasting gas with these crazy prices to be denied food I paid for! Absolutely unprofessional and they were rude! Not to mention I’m pregnant and was very hungry! They need a whole new staff of employees!

The line at the drive-through was around the building so no big, right..wrong. I decided to go in and no one is at the register. My great niece, nephew and I end up waiting over 10 minutes just to order and they are 2nd and 5th graders. If you know anything about that then you know they could become impatient really quickly. The cashier who was also the manager took two orders and then went back to to making orders.. Sadly it's obvious that this McDonald's is understaffed.

Bad as always. Their problems are system wide. Visited knew in Columbia s c today.in the drive thru line 15 minutes. Pulled up to get my order, after 10 minutes, i parked my card went inside, waited 10 minutes, I had to literally scream for the manager and ask for my order or my money back. Mcdonald's need to get out of business.

Ordered online for pick up, get there; boy scans QR and then it's a 45 minute waiting game, as the whole crew ingores all customers like it's drive thru only; I finally get my food and ask the boy for condiments and Napkins and he hands me 2 ketchup ( which it was 3 large meals) and two napkins and walks over to the frys and starts cooking them; while all a huge line in side waiting to order but can't. So the manager walks over to the condiments table, sets a bag down to fill with whatevern; looks at me with this aggravated look then walks away... I yell at her to let her know how ridiculous this is and all I want was a couple condiments, napkins, and straws, she walks back over and gives me napkins, I ask her for mayo straws and sweet and sour sauce she stated they was out and didn't have any..
