our favorite Indian restaurant....if not just our favorite restaurant in Columbia. Vast variety of Indian dishes and levels of spice. Service is delightful, welcoming, patient and helpful. Atmosphere is relaxed and not rushed. The food is professionally prepared and presented with personal touches and no hint of commercial shortcuts. The restaurant is clearly a labor of love for the chet and staff. A peaceful blessing to be found.

I have never ordered true trash at a restaurant before, but I undeniably received trash at this restaurant. I ordered the Lamb Biryani, it was the worse ever. I couldn’t taste any of the spices. The Biryani looked as though they took a can of tomato soup and mixed it with white jasmine rice. I have eaten Biryani in America and in the Middle East for years. This is my favorite dish, but this restaurant really screwed it up. Then the lady argued with me on behalf of this trash. If you enjoy Indian food, true Indian food steer clear of this place. The only thing authentic about this restaurant is the people. After going back and forth with the woman concerning the dish; I gave up cause I came to understand that they could do no better.

I was there while I was on the way to Virginia. I look some reviews and went there for dinner. I had to wait in the door for while. Since no one respond me I had to reach to the counter. After I told her I’m there for dinner, a lady offer me a table and took my order. She didn’t even give me water so I had to ask later. The food was good honestly except rice.

Our favorite Indian restaurant we love everything here! We normally get the butter chicken, paneer tikka masala, the shrimp tikka masala, roti and garlic naan. I love the mango lassi it’s a great treat to have after eating all the good food. The service here is always great the lady who takes our order is so sweet and always remembers us. We love coming here. We will be back again! Hopefully to dine in soon.

Stopped at this place on a roadtrip, and we were a little skeptical when we entered. We ended up staying and had amazing food. Auntie who was our server, was just amazing. Mango shake though too sweet reminded me of India. Chicken tikka masala and aloo kulcha were awesome too. Will definitely recommend this place if you can get past the simplistic atmosphere.

Very disappointed with my recent delivery orders (ordered 3 times over the past few months). The tandoori chicken was very dry and inedible and had obviously been sitting on a warmer for many hours. The goat meat was tough and fibrous and improperly cooked. And the lamb serving, while tasty, had very little meat for a $16 plate. I don't plan to go back anytime soon.

They were very informative about the menu and patient with all my questions. Something I didnt know- you can request the level of spice mile,med,hot for every dish they serve. So if your worried about it being hot- not a problem. Very friendly staff and clean. Very family oriented and friendly place.
