Pizza Hut

If you wonder why your pizza is cold or taking too long to get delivered to you, you can thank the drivers who either don't show up at all or take their time doing orders. If you are cool with a location like this that has mold everywhere in the kitchen and the freezer then this is the place for you. If you wonder why your cheese/bread sticks are cold or look like they have been sitting in the heater oven it's because they have been sitting in the heater oven. Most orders don't get fresh cheese/bread sticks.

Ordered 3 pizzas from here.. Super Supreme, Thin edge pepperoni lovers and a chicken, bacon and onions pizza. I love pizza hut but was highly disappointed with this location. First I want to mention that the super supreme and chicken, bacon and onion pizza had a gum line which indicates it was not fully cooked. I also ordered these pizzas with garlic butter crust flavor and these pizzas had none. The thin edge pepperoni lovers pizza hardly had pepperoni for a pepperoni lovers. Picture below, you be the judge. Last thing, I ordered curbside pick up, notified from the app that I was here and they never brought my pizza. I had to get off and get it. Pizza was just sitting there with 5 employees standing around talking, not working. Will not be going back to this place or recommending.

Terrible service and management has cr*¥¥y attitude. I ordered delivery through the Pizza Hut app. I was notified that my order would be delivered by DoorDash not Pizza Hut. Not a problem, I figured it would be quicker and it was. Unfortunately, the DoorDash driver was given the wrong order (my order was 1 pizza and wings, the order sent was 2 pizzas, bread sticks and wings). I refused delivery and the driver was able to take the order to the correct address (incorrect receipt ON the bag, correct receipt was IN the bag). I called the store, immediately placed on hold. After ten minutes, the line was picked up and then immediately hung up. Tried again with the same result. Drove over to the store and was told that nothing could be fine until I returned the incorrect order! I tried to explain the situation but the manager wouldn't listen. I could continue to tell you about the Manager's bad attitude but my blood pressure would go up and I still wouldn't have my pizza or my money so . . . . Needless to say, I can't recommend this store and actually would suggest that you avoid it all costs.

My online pizza order was made close to closing, around 11:50 pm. The Pizza Hut online order platform allowed me to place the order and PAY. Only to arrive around 12:10 to find a worker had canceled my order. I was not informed before arriving (gas is $4.59 a gallon) and was given no reason for the canceled order. I walked out of Pizza Hut with no food item, or the money I paid for the pizza. It has been more than 12 hours now, I still have no pizza and no money has been returned to my bank. I was and still is very disappointed and dissatisfied with the over all Pizza Hut online operation.
