Domino's Pizza

I order from this location usually at least twice a week. They are hands down one of the best Domino's I have ever had experience with. My food is always great and their customer service is top notch. Even their drivers will go out their way for you. I have nothing but great things to say about this store. They will always have a loyal customer.

Ordered from dominos on Two Notch Road, once the pizza was delivered I noticed that one of my pizza’s had hair in it. Needless to say after speaking to the extremely rude manager Alicia, and having to call back because she hung up in my face. My entire order was refunded! I suggest if you want pizza to seek another establishment. They don’t take pride in their food or customers!

Thos location has been horrible for canceling orders without notifying you. When you call to inquire the Mgr will never speak to you and tell the associate to tell you he did call before canceling. Lies...no missed calls. The next time we waited for about 2hrs and no delivery. We called and the asked if we could pick it up. No problem. But where is the delivery fee that you charged? I picked up my own food and delivered it.

For starters our order was in quality check for 40 mins due to lack of staff and for us to be able to receive our pizza “fresh”. The pizza was delivered cold and our order was incorrect after waiting longer than given wait time. The lack of communication within this team needs to be better. The manager should have been way more professional and less passive! “Im Sorry that YOU feel that your pizza is cold” is what was said. This comment is very condescending! The lack of staff shouldn’t be a customers problem. No one held themselves accountable for any of our issues. I advise that you all learn to work not only professionally but efficiently to resolve your customers concerns! Thank you.

Never order carryout from this location. If you do, you'll be waiting for at least 40-50 minutes after your expected pick up time. This has happened multiple times now for us. They are always extremely short staffed, and I understand that, but don't tell customers an estimated time based on having a full staff. Give accurate information. Just want to warn you.

Would give 0 stars if could.. Zoe the gentleman speaks down to his staff in a way I’m surprised he even still has any. Food was made incorrectly and management refused to pick up the phone, instead had an associate gaslight me on my food being made correctly.. I asked for Alfredo sauce but my pizza tasted like ranch.. every slice. Just bad business.. disappointed
