I love this place the ice cream is great! Sometimes you have to wait a little while in your order, but I cannot say that I have ever had them to make a mistake on my orders. You can go through drive thru or eat in. Now the ice cream is really great. It's rich and you definitely get your money's worth. I always order something with peanut butter in it. Typically a sundae or milkshake. It's always well mixed together and I just love it.

The worst ever! Tried ordering a dq blizzard but because i was there 25 minutes before closing, the cashier said i cant order it???!!! What does that even mean? I was an inconvenience because i would force them to stay a little longer to clean the blizzard machine? Totally unacceptable! Either shut down this DQ or fire all the lazy staff and get competent ones who are about delivering good customer service
Additionally my husband was there a few minutes before i got there he ordered a banana milkshake and received milk!!!! DISGUSTING PLACE WITH A GROUP OF YOUNG GIRLS THERE JUST TRYING TO GET A PAYCHECK!

This Dairy Queen is located in the food court of Columbiana Mall. It shares space with Orange Julius and is surrounded by other fast food places. It is a smaller menu, it does not have the full Dairy Queen menu. The service at this location is always really quick. There are tables and chairs that you can sit at in the food court and there is a carousel too.

The icecream is great!! I enjoy going here when it's hot out or when i'm walking around in the mall. The people are pretty nice. I wish they added more toppings when you ask though.

Made our banana split with no gloves and he did not wash hands before preparing the food and touching our banana with his hands. We paid before getting served but was to embarrassed to ask for money back so we just walked off , no banana split and no refund . Bad experience. Won't be back

If they make you the wrong order they give it to you or the next person in line for free that’s gross but at least it’s not wasting it also the guys that work there are slobs they have ice cream on there pants and shoes everywhere and they have saggy pants so you can see their underwear

Service is terrible. I went on break and got all the way back to the store to find out they didnt put any cheese on my chili cheese dog. Had to eat this nasty peice of garbage because i didnt want to waste the rest of my break walking all the way down there again.
