Taco salad with no meat or chips!!!! Asked for avocado to be added….$1.30and no avocado. We got 6 biggie bags and no straws in bags. I don’t know why they bother to ask whats the sauce for the nuggets like it makes a difference. Southwestern salad with no tomatoes. Very disappointed! I usually don’t make reviews but Wendy’s WAS one of my family favorite fast food restaurants a big family biggies bags help on a day out! If this was the first time I wouldn’t comment on this but it’s happening at different locations. Always something missing or wrong and have to get back in the line again if lobby is closed or we forget to check like today….

For the 1st time in awhile I had absolutely no complaints. My food was fresh and my order was correct. My strawberry lemonade was mixed perfectly. I did ask for extra syrup tho just because I like mine on the sweeter side. The young lady at the window had to deal with a few very unhappy customers prior to me getting to the window and she was pleasant with great customer service when she was taking care of me. Just wanted to say thanks for the great experience this morning.

When I paid for my order I never received a receipt. When I was given my order they didn't listen when they were told 2 burgers no pickles, 1 vanilla frosty and 1 vanilla/chocolate frosty mix. What I received was all 4 of my burgers with pickles and 2 chocolate frosty's...the fries and nuggets were burnt and the lady almost forgot 1 of my drinks for my orders. There wasn't that long of a line and it was just after 11am....I won't ever go back to this Wendy's

I could not wait to get home and give this review! First at 11pm the line was wrapped around the building. This wasn’t really a problem because at 11pm in Columbia, your choices are limited. I finally get to the window and it took at least 3 minutes for them to acknowledge I was there. Then as I was giving my order another car pulled around and the driver yelled that the line was too long. The cashier asked me to hold on so that he could ask the driver how he knew his name. So I finally placed my order and got to the window to pay. I gave the cashier (who was wearing earbuds) my card and his phone rang. He answered his personal phone and proceeded to tell whomever was on the phone about the mystery driver who knew his name. I did not get a straw for my drink nor did I get napkins and I had to request a receipt, but the important thing is that the cashiers friend knew about the mystery driver who knew his name

Haven't been here in a long time but since I work around the corner and was hungry, I went. Waited in the drive through line for about 25 minutes as the dining room is closed. One car/order at a time. I ordered a #10 chicken sandwich combo. The photo is what I got. I should've known something was up when I got no receipt...

When you go to place your order at drive thru you have to let them know you are at the speaker. They had me sitting there for 5 minutes until I said hello and it wasn't anyone in front of me. Then their attitudes are terrible. I checked my bag before I left they didn't put my sauce in the bag and when I asked for the sauce for my nuggets one girl walked off and another one came up and said they were all out of sauce. These young people don't want to work no more. My experience was terrible for the first time there and I won't be back!
