Got 2 of the breakfast platters. Really good for the $4 I spent. Well the first one was really packed but the 2nd was a little bare. We made due and combined the 2.

Food was fresh(burger was not a sloppy mess and made perfectly)and my burger and fries were Hot. Customer service was exceptional. Raised my 3 star review to a 5!

This location is totally unfamiliar with their option on online ordering. This is the second time in as many months that I have used this feature only to be met with Hardee’s employees who were totally unfamiliar with how to properly access the system!

Low priced, but flavorless and way overcooked. The buns were nice, but the onion rings, hamburger patties, and bacon were rock hard.

I ordered a chicken club meal. It even says it ON MY TICKET that is TAPED TO THE BAG! And that’s not what I received. I got a piece of chicken SMOTHERED in bbq between two piece of bread. That’s it. And when I say smothered. I mean to the point I can’t even make it work and try to eat it because I might as well be drinking the bbq sauce out of the container.

Manager rang me up. Asked her if I could pay 5$ with the chime and the rest in cash. Gave her the cash then
( I thought I was paying with the card)
As the register supposed to open like it does after a dual transaction so you can add the cash in the register drawer! NEVER HAPPENED... THIS WHAT HAPPENED. While paying with the card, cash in hand she walked away towards the drive thru area for 4 seconds then she returned to finish the transaction MONEY NOT IN HAND... when I get the notification from my account. She charged me the total. So where the cash go???? Lol as humble as can be I made her aware that my card was carded the total bill. Showed her on my app. She claimed to have no clue how it happened, then opened the register and gave me my bread back without hesitation and no APOLOGY!!
NOW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO THINK??
