I love this little store! The staff is always so nice and insightful. They have great taste and they are genuinely lovely people. And they are always good at making the cakes too. I placed an order for my mother-in-laws birthday cake and I needed it by the next day and they got right on it. It was ready for me when I got there and I had. I trouble at all. Honestly this is and always will be one of my favorite places to get icecream

I came at 9:35 and the door was locked and nobody there. It’s frustrating to promise someone ice cream and break that promise because nobody wants to work.

The owner wants to call the police on (2) 13 year old girls because one pulls her mask down to eat her ice cream and dares to speak while her mask is down. The so called owner had tresspass notices given to children, who just wanted ice cream and to do what kids do....talk. Personally I think 0 stars should be an option.

I felt disrespected and discriminated against. I was refused service if I wasn't to comply to wearing a mask. I was practically forced to wear a mask just to get a smoothie. That is against the law and against my rights. They even have a bright pink sign on the door that says no mask no service no exceptions. This establishment should be shut down if they cannot obey the law.

I visited 2-08-21 at around 6:10 PM.. the young lady there was all by herself with a line of customers and she was very respectful and happy to assist! She was apologetic when handing my order but I want her to know how appreciative I was. I am sorry I didn’t get your name.

This Baskin-Robbins location has been around for years. It’s always clean and staffed with friendly people. I like being able to get pre-packed quarts to take home and we enjoy going for sundaes and cones as well. They have really cute cakes for every occasion and even have an option for catering.

The staff was extremely rude. They didn’t put the toppings on the Sunday I had ordered and when I asked for them they acted like I was an inconvenience. My banana was only cut into 4ths and it was over all just sloppy. I’m usually just happy to have ice cream and won’t complain but the experience here was horrible.
