Ordered UberEats the 12 pcs family meal from this KFC location. Ordered extra crispy and got soggy original chicken. To make it worse, the corn was old and tasted spoiled. Waste of money and learned our lesson! Reported it to UberEats but didn’t get a refund and it’s fine. I just want people to be aware of the quality of food here so they don’t waste their money!

The last two times I've ordered food successfully from this location, the orders were incorrect then the employees act like you are bothering them by trying to get the correct order. The last four times we attempted to get crispy chicken we were told it would be 18 minutes. I know we have been going through a pandemic and I try to understand but truthfully just save your time, money and patience and don't even bother at this location. Truly worst customer service I've ever experienced.

1st time my husband and I can through the drive through my window couldn't go down that day and the young girl that waited on us was VERY NASTY to my husband (he's handicap) she wanted him to get out of his truck to give her his money because his window couldn't go down. He did tell her that he was handicap. 2nd time this young lady was so impatient and harsh tone and neither one shouldn't be working your drive through. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT PEOPLE FRIENDLY AT ALL .

Kudos to these folks for working hard. They are courteous. The manager is on point and they all speak clearly and kindly to each other when working the kitchen. Don't think people don't notice your great hard work! Keep it up!
