You already know about their legendary burgers. Pro tip; split the fries. My wife and I didn't even finish 1 order and they were awesome! For burgers I got the basic all the way while my wife opted for the cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard. We loved both. They also have the soda machine with dozens of flavors.

Great all around service! I’ve been to Five Guys all around the nation and this one was by far the best! Less than a 10 minute wait from order to receiving my food. Staff greeted patrons as they entered the door. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Kudos to the management team and their associates, in a world full of subpar customer service this team got it right!

Placed a simple order for little cheeseburger and a bacon little cheeseburger they didn't get that right. It was simple little cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard and pickles; well the pickles didn't make to that sandwich. Now on to the little bacon cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles and of course bacon; well the bacon didn't make it to that sandwich but found out where the pickles went...would you believe it they made it to the little bacon but the bacon didn't...WTH!! Called the store got no answer after the discovery and a long drive home smh. Want be going back can't get a simple order right and charged top dollar for substandard service.

I used to really like this place but today did it for me. I ordered 4 burgers and a hotdog. The hot dog, my daughter's favorite food, went almost completely untouched. She bit into it and said it was tough and tasted like rubber. The "grilled jalapeños" were burnt. Black like in my picture. If you didn't know any better you would have thought they were olives. My husband's burger had onions, which I specifically asked NOT to have. My husband is allergic to onions. Thats a huge no-no! Got told tonight to call back tomorrow and speak to the GM. Nope.......im calling a corporate office tomorrow!!
