Cook-out

To preface my review I did got at like 2am on a Saturday. So, take this with a grain of salt... The staff was extremely pleasant. Although it was obvious they were overwhelmed. I suggest giving them higher wages or more help late night on weekends. Waited too long for my food. The service was a 10 out of 5. I am amazed at the level of professionalism displayed by staff while dealing with my drunk self and others! The staffing can be improved in high traffic times. The amount of people they had for the number of customers was insufficient. Do better Corporate/General Manager.

They definitely make the food fast- but I'd like it if the food didn't make me sick quite as fast. This is a raw deal for the workers; they have an unforgiving, busy job, that probably doesn't pay what it should. Service is always fast, the food is cooked to order, they get the orders right unless you are just TRYING to mess it up, and I can't say I've had any troubles with their customer service- but this is a very specific kind of meal. This isn't dinning at the Ritz and it's not supposed to be, but frankly you can do just a little bit better for fast food and I am always on the fast track to a stomach ache eating here, regardless of what I get. I know my limits. A milkshake and fries shouldn't be torment on the digestive tract and I can't imagine a world where chicken quesadillas should be able to cause nausea. Food safety issues? I don't know. All the better to widen your search a bit if you're starving.
