I'm writing this when compared to the average Wendy's, not in general, as Wendy's is far too large a chain to do anything otherwise.
The food was delivered promptly and was made correctly. In fact, the fries were the best I've gotten from a Wendy's in months if not years. Employees were courteous albeit a bit slow.
The only reason this place lost a star was the floors and tables were not cleaned and the baby seat had all kinds of food and stains that could easily be washed off but had clearly not been in a while.

This is my local wendys by my house. I've come here countless times. I'm leaving a review after a few visits, and on this one, I ran into the same problem I'd say about every 3rd visit. We order extra lettuce always and rarely get it. It just sucks getting home and looking at a small limp lettuce piece. It's not the biggest deal, tho I understand. I've worked at wendys for over 7 years back in the day. The reason for the 4 stars is the continued number of times our order is not right or missing something. Customer service is good, not excellent, but that's no biggie for me. No pun intended.
The store was clean, and so were the restrooms, I'm still very pleased with the overall experience, and the food is great too, Just be cautious of the baked potatoes they are usually old, like today's order.
If the g.m is reading this or anybody that's in charge, in my opinion you've got a clean store, fast service and friendly staff, I'd concentrate on order accuracy.

Update: 5/2/23 6:25pm I put a mobile order in for indoor pick up. 23 min later, they didn't have it. There were 5 other order pick-up people waiting too, all before me, so I just had to walk out without my food. They couldn't cancel the mobile order, and I got charged for it. Very frustrating, but I had somewhere to be (which is why it I opted for "fast" food ). Noticed i had a long wait for my last review, so I guess they are just always understaffed?
I called corporate, and they offered an immediate credit or a refund request for the store that would take 7-14 days.

They were having a busy evening here, but once we got through the drive through line, they had our app order ready right away, no errors.

Very satisfied with my visit to Wendy's. Burger and chicken sandwich were delicious. Friendly service too, which is big in my book. Thanks Wendy's!!!!!

I was there about 2:30 today. I needed to pick up a single for my grandson and an iced coffee for my son. I went through the drive thru and after ordering I found I left my wallet out of my purse on my bed. I tried the auto tap pay feature on my phone but was unsuccessful. These kind folks gave me my order free of charge. Once I came back home, I called and spoke to the manager, ready to make good on my charges. He too told me to just enjoy the food and would not take my payment information. In the world as it is today where prices are high and seams like everything is a money grab this was so very kind and refreshing. THANK YOU WENDY'S for being the light in the dim.

By far the WORST f***ing experience I have ever had at any food establishment, not just fast food.
I had to order my food 4 different times at the drive thru Mic area before we got so irritated that we went to the window, ordered it 3 more times and she still got it wrong. It would help if you were actyally paying attention to the customer and respond to the accordingly. The manager had this attitude about him, fought to tell us that we were wrong about our order and just acted like complete shit towards us. I did not get my receipt, and they forgot 5 of our 7 items so I'm sitting in my car with all these extra bags. Incompetence, ignorance and disrespect on multiple levels. I wouldve rather licked someone's spit off the side of the f***ing road.

Friendly employees, food is good. Don't bother waiting in the drive thru, though. I waited 20 minutes without moving, ended up parking and going inside and had my food in about 2 minutes.
