I never write reviews, but I’m so amazed at how wonderful & polite the staff was, I went to sonic tonight around 10:25 to get food after work & the staff took my order, prepared it fresh bc it was close to their closing time. They gave me my food and drink & sauces & let me know that there was gonna be a wait for my food bc it was fresh af. They were super friendly & made sure I had everything I needed!! Thank you!!

The girl who took care of my crazy brood was so patient and kind. We came in and the boys wanted to get out, so sitting out front we ordered and waited, ate and enjoyed our treats.

I would have given this Sonic a lower score from my experience the other day, but the sole carhop on duty, and her sincere effort to do things right, is what saved it. Tried to give my order and pay with my card, but the kiosk on their patio was malfunctioning. Communication got garbled a bit, and when I went to pay the screen messed up. It took my money anyway, but when the carhop came out with my food she had no record of me doing so and had to go back in to check. Not her fault. I wasn't able to put my tip on the card because of the malfunction, and it was only a lucky coincidence that I had cash on me.
My food took over 15 minutes to come out. Then, when I opened my food, my order was wrong. Not a big deal, it happens. The carhop was very quick to take care of it, and she offered my dog a free pup cup. She was very polite and helpful. But when she returned with my food the second time, the order was wrong AGAIN. She took care of it promptly by going in and personally remaking my sandwich, and had the correct order out almost instantly. I was really glad for the hard work that she was putting in, and it was clear that she was someone who cared about doing her job and doing it well. But there is clearly some nonsense going on at this Sonic, and looking at state of the equipment, and how understaffed they seemed to be, I'm guessing that goes straight up to awful management.

Update 5yrs later: I really tested the limit of this crew this morning. I ordered 24 drinks route 44 size two different flavors and one combo meal with a medium drink. They killed it it was awesome and if any of you are reading this you effing killed it! magnificent guys!
I will not go there anymore. I keep thinking and telling myself "oh they probably fired and rehired so maybe it'll be different."

Slow, cold food, order is never right, employees are rude...it is a terrible place which is awful because honestly sonic is my favorite and I won't do it.
Done. 20 minutes waiting yesterday. They didn't hear half of my order. They got frustrated and had attitude with me. Oh, I'm sorry, you messed up my order that you're being paid to take care of. Want to know what happens if I mess up a massage? Someone can be hurt or I comp an entire hour so I tend to do my best not to mess up because that's how work is supposed to be. Hush your mouth, do your job, do it correctly or leave.

Absolutely the worse place in my opinion. 45 min in the drive thru to get cold food and the order wasn't even correct. They need to look into new management and staff. Horrific

From order placement to order fulfilment, it took 15 min to get my food by the way I was the only person in line i get home it took us maybe 5 to 7 minutes to sit down to eat our food; the burgers were ice cold, huge onions, cheese not even melted and I told myself there was no point in even going back to have them fix it when it took so long to get it the first time and how can I trust it well be done correctly the next time. In today economic situation time equals value at 15 mins waiting. The onions ring were great!

I absolutely love sonic but I will never return to this location. Ordered a turtle pecan blast. Was told they were out of pecans so asked for peanut butter cups. Got my order, Girl said “here’s your turtle pecan blast with extra pecans, Carmel, and chocolate chips!” I thought that was weird since they said they were out but whatever. I started eating on the drive home and noticed something chewy- as soon as we got home I dumped it out and ran it over a strainer. There were brownies in it. Which would have been fine except I’m allergic to gluten and haven’t eaten that much in 7 years. Not a very fun night for us with shaking, vomiting, and constant trips the the bathroom. My only saving grace was Benadryl. If you are going to serve something that’s not what someone ordered- make sure they know what’s in it. Thank god my reactions aren’t fatal.
Update- contacted sonic and they gave me a refund. I’m grateful but will never go to this location again unless it’s just for a drink. Too scared to eat here again. I’ll just drive to another location to get my ice cream fix. But kudos to them for doing what they can to make it right.

Possibly the WORST Sonic I’ve ever been to. Consistently messing up orders (just ordered a chocolate shake and somehow that included blending the cherry INTO it)and I won’t even go into the wait to get through the drive thru. Not worth your time or money.

Ordered the chicken dinner box and got 4 nugget sized 'tenders' with old, hard tots. My kids' fries were stale too. We got there at 11am being the only car there and we figured we'd get fresh food. Never again.

Just paid $6.00 for a large peanutty Snickers blast and 3/4 of the way through it was all vanilla soft serve. This particular location has never been great with service, but this was too much. Will only be going to the location on Mesa Ridge from now on.

Worst Sonic ever. You guys must be high. I can expect to wait a long time for my food, which I can deal with, but I ordered 3 Ultimate Meat and Cheese burritos and they all consisted of eggs and cheese... Kinda. You guys don't give a shit about customer service, nor do you have any pride in the franchise that employs you. If I owned this franchise, I'd fire everyone and start over at square one. Until that happens, I won't be going back. Flunkies...

My husband and I stopped in to get 2 Cherry Slushes with extra cherry syrup and extra real cherries. After they were brought to us I noticed it white under the lid instead of red. We opened up the tops and it was all white except for one faint thin pink swirl. I took them both up to employee door and told and showed the girl and she told me how she put a couple squirts of the cherry syrup in them herself. Once again I showed her the cups and told her I wanted my money back. I was so shocked that she didn't even try to fix the problem. I took my money back and handed her back the two cups and left. Total waste of our time.

Still sitting at the drive thru. Was told my food would take a couple minutes, 10 mins later I was told an additional 3 mins, and 5 mins after that I was told to pull forward it would be another 6 mins.... VERY UNIMPRESSED!!! Will not recommend sonic anymore -.-

Service was great when we ordered. It went all down hill when I opened my food and it looked three days old; pressed the button sat for ten minutes and got no response so my husband went and knocked on the glass but nobody was even in the store; he even walked around to the other side and saw no one. So we pull around the store and two employees are scurrying back inside giving the excuse that they were sweeping the lot; yet no one was in the lot. So they remake my food and it comes out look MUCH better but the wrong order. Called the GM so hopefully ill be hearing back from her soon. Get your employees in check. Won't be spending our money here again.
