If you want something legit, get their potato pancake with goulash and ask for sour cream on the side. Put that sour cream all over on there and fold it in half. Enjoy. Real deal. And their sweet cheese and strawberry pancake. And this is from someone who was born in Poland. This is the real stuff. Great owner! Will definitely come back here.

Every dish we had was phenomenal. The Borsch with mushroom ravioli was so earthy and herbaceous, I honestly don't even like beets and I am so glad I tried it. The smoked salmon on the salad was so tender and smoky, it just melted in your mouth and contrasted perfectly with the bright sweetness of the vinaigrette and pecans on the greens. Served with a poached egg and 2 pierogi which were the best pierogi I've ever had, so were incredibly rich and creamy and fried to perfection. The strawberry crepe was good but we were just so full from the meal 😁 5/5 I will be recommend this place to people I like

Alright everyone.. My best friend is in town and we both LOVE hole in the wall local places. We googled for about an hour or so to find the PERFECT place. We were pretty indecisive about what type of food we wanted to have to be honest. And let me tell you, this is the PERFECT place! Drew was our server, he was amazing and super attendant. I feel like he gave every costumer just the perfect amount of his time to make you feel so welcome! The food was so delicious. My friend ordered Hunter’s Stew – Slow-cooked pork loin, polish kielbasa, mushrooms, cabbage & sauerkraut. Served with fresh-baked bread. When she took her first bite I could tell how much she Enjoyed the food. She literally described it as “ a bite of this tastes like a warm hug and feels like home” she was in food heaven! I had the special of the day: BEEF PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM
GOULASH OVER A POTATO
PANCAKE. I was able to get the last portion of it. It was almost like it was meant for me to have it! The last time I’ve had potatoes pancakes was about 15 years ago at home. I’m from Europe and when I took my first bite I had instant Heimweh (Homesick) EVERYTHING is made from scratch fresh. Even the owner had a minute to come to our table and check on us. She wanted to make sure to let us know that they DO NOT OWN A MICROWAVE in this restaurant. You can just see how much pride she takes in her food. They plated the food very nice as well. The food was amazing, the server amazing this place overall is just amazing and if you haven’t been yet, you have to check it out!!

Went on a Thursday morning. Wish they had more staff to monitor the front. No complaints about the food and presentation was good. I got the banana crepes and toasted croissant. Next time I want to get the perogies.

I didn't take pics outside but I'm sure you'll see from the other reviews that the seating outside is pretty relaxing... Squirrels and all. Now the food, pretty good. The ambience, excellent. Great service, however you do have to be prepared for a wait. Settle in and get comfortable, start a convo... Part of why you're there 😉.

Enjoyed the patio seating and the food did remind me of my visits across the ocean. The soup of the day was split pea and I almost ordered seconds! Although service was a little slow and impersonal, we look forward to our next visit.

Cute little place. Excellent service. They offered to make a substitution when I said no toast. Nice comfortable environment and very delicious food. The sausage has a crunch when you bite into it. The potatoes are seasoned just right and not mushy. The fruit is fresh. Loved it!

The food is great. We had Russian pierogi, the kielbasa, the cabbage rolls and the hunters stew, and the borscht. Everything tasted so fresh. The red "gravy" was amazing. The restaurant is super cute.

A really great place for breakfast with indoor and outdoor patio seating.
Their breakfast menu has many options to suit many tastes, including omelettes and crepes.
The service was very good, although it was slow and the meal preparation time was fairly long due to their restaurant being currently understaffed.
We still very much enjoyed our meals and we will plan to return again when we have plenty of time to relax for a meal together.

We had a wonderful family brunch here last weekend. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The service was perfect.

This is our favorite restaurant in Old Colorado City. Delicious homemade food made fresh when we order it. Yummmm!!! Owner is so friendly and comes out to talk to us after making our meals. Last week we had the Pierogies, the Sausage plate, Smoked Salmon salad, the Reuben sandwich with handmade fries, Cranberry mule, and the Blackberry Crepes. Such a delightful and wonderful dining experience. We've eaten here several times and loved everything we've ordered.

I'm a German who had just moved to the US a couple months ago. This is by far the best European and especially Polish food I've had since moving here! The ambience is close to Europe and the waitresses are super nice as well. The food was absolutely amazing! Now I can get my Pierogi fix!!

We will definitely be back. Our meals were really good. It was busy and really warm inside. So we ate outside on the patio. They have umbrella over the tables so it kept us shaded.

Taste: 5/5
Presentation: 4/5
Ambience: 5/5
Service 5/5
Food tasted great, and looked great, however the portion on the pierogi was lacking. The restaurant was clean and had nice artwork. The service was excellent and the server even made us a drink that was not on the menu.. Only downside: the server was too nice. I like to have my space and eat with who I'm came with, the server was a bit too talkative and did not keep 6 foot distance whenever possible (covid issue).

This place is a gem! The owner does the shopping herself and picks out only the freshest ingredients in her dishes. I have not had a bad dish here and I've tried several. Her perogies, crepes and other staple dishes are excellent. The restaurant is always clean and put together with quick, reliable service. I will continue to support!

I am writing this while I am here for my second time around. The food is absolutely amazing! The borscht is just like my great grandma's. I have so far had the borscht, bison and cabbage pierogis, and the sausage plate. All of which I rate 5 stars. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, ans the staff is friendly.

My husband and I stopped in for breakfast. The crepes were amazing! They have original art work and a nice outdoor seating area. The owner even stopped to talk to us. She, and our waitress were wonderful. We definitely would like to go back someday.

The dog-friendly flagstone patio is a lovely place to watch the world go by. And, inside, there is really interesting art on the walls. Worth a stroll through after your meal. We enjoyed our breakfast there so much that we returnedfor dinner a couple of days later. Notable: excellent Bloody Mary for brunch. Authentic Polish sausage (kielbasa) and out of this world home fries for breakfast. For dinner, the giant pierogies are not to be missed. The borscht was quite good, too. The service is a tad slow, because everything is prepared fresh. The owner, a delightful woman with a Polish accent, cooks everything.

Love this gem! I finally found a place I can order delicious food like potato pancakes and stuffed cabbage that remind me of Holidays with my Jewish great grandmother and sauerkraut and other delicacies my Norwegian Mom in law makes. Great service, food and prices

The food was as good as I remember, however having only one server for a busy lunch hour is ridiculous. It took nearly 30 min to just get our initial drink order. Food was forgotten and drink orders were lost. This young man was genuinely giving his all, but was being pulled in way too many directions. It was also disheartening to find that the pirogies we wanted to take to go were already gone for the day.
Carmela Pischel
Second time that we have been here... just because the food is good. This time we ordered the chicken paprikash, borscht & strawberry crepes... delish! Of course the mixed perogie is a must. Delicious authentic food & a very accommodating, friendly waitress sums up a good restaurant. For sure we are coming back

A very cosy place for a family dinner with European cuisine. I strongly recommend to try Pirogi and borshch there! You’d love it!

Really good home cooked Euro food with great service and cozy atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back. We brought our seven year old and he enjoyed his food too.
