I have been coming here almost every morning for years. The employees are so warm and friendly and know my order by heart. The managers are just as nice. I couldn't ask for better customer service. We all have choices and I choose this location!
My kids favorite indoor play place... nicely air-conditioned and spacious with table seating in the play place area for families to eat and parents to relax while kids play. Also there is a motorized vehicle-free connection to this McDonald's from the Rock Island Trail bike path which makes it perfect for a kids bike ride with an ice cream and air-conditioned rest place in the middle! 🚵 🚴♂️ 🚴♀️ 🚵♂️
Nice enough updated McDonald’s. Super friendly server and I had the same name! Relatively fast service, it’s just all the prices have gone up and they’ve changed the menu that it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. Seemed to be pretty clean and empty when I went there. Food was hot. Not bad for unhealthy fast food! I ordered a fish sandwich and a burger and fries.
Everyone in my opinion knows that Mc. Donald's is what it is...but when you come to a restaurant that has been around for years and the service is great...this makes it all the better... it's not easy working fast food jobs and I try to put my feet in others shoes...the employees and Managers all have to make a living for their families the best that they know how...but I am happy to help and thank you Mc. Donald's staff for making me feel like family and offering good customer service when and wherever possible. ...and doing it with a smile even though times are stressful and hard...THANK YOU
Honestly this is the ONLY location that hasn’t let me down ONCE. My only complaint is too much salt on the burgers. I’m usually not one to complain about salt but this was salty and it’s been getting worse as I frequent this location. Aside from that, my food is always hot especially the fries. Doing great things!
I love this location. Every employee is nice and respectful and even the managers are so friendly. They are very professional. My favorite thing is that they warm up my cookies instead of giving them cold. So sweet! Mobile order is GOATED so is the app. Insane deals.
Order was accurate, most tables were clean, the food came out pretty fast, and the staff was helpful and friendly. The play place was fantastic. Overall a good experience and the price was right.
Rarely write reviews but I was so happy with my 1am service at this location I had to give kudos where it was due. Lately I expect a few things out of almost all McDonald’s locations, especially late night: 1. Very slow service in drive through. 2. The McFlurry machine is broke. 3. The food, and fries may be cold or poorly put together. 4. Expensive.
But tonight, at the McDonald’s on Constitution, my faith was restored in McDonald’s as a franchise. Super fast service. Food was hot and delicious. McFlurry machine, ready to go. Even offered me a military discount when she saw my uniform through the window.

This McDonald's is always super fast and makes sure they get my order right, I think it's one of the best locations I've been to honestly
Stopped in for breakfast, very clean restaurant, very good service, food was fresh and taste good. Some employees didn't speak the best English, but they were extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling! Love seeing friendly and clean restaurants of any kind!!
I didn't order for me, but the kiosk was not user friendly, the order taker was not attentive to my needs, the speed of receiving the food was average, wanted fish sandwiches and they didn't have any nor did they have breakfast available for buying
