I live in Denver where it’s easy to find authentic tacos. There’s not many authentic tacos here in the springs. This place is definitely one of the absolute best authentic tacos I’ve ever had!! They were incredibly delicious!!! My coworker and I could not stop talking about how good these are. Highly highly highly recommend!!

Edit: The truck is under new management. They seem to have the same ingredients but lack the care and dedication that made them the best. They no longer grill the tortillas, there is hardly any salsa, the meat isn't as flavorful. The burrito is still tasty and now it is the best value. Also they don't seem to follow their posted hours. I have tried to visit them a few times recently and they were not even there. 4/5

Super flavorful and delicious tacos. Next time, I will ask for the salsa on the side as it was so drenched in sauciness, that it was kind of falling apart and hard to eat. The roasted peppers are also amazing. It's also a tad more expensive than all the other taco trucks in town but has a very different flavor. My favorite was the al pastor tacos as it had that light sweetness that I love in al pastor. Definitely will be back.

Best tacos in town by far. The asada is my favorite. The Al Pastor burrito is also amazing. They are so good we even had them cater our Christmas party this last year and I got all my co-workers hooked. I would highly recommend.

LISTENNNNNNN, you aren’t even ready for these delicious, $2.00 Tacos!! The pastor is life changing!!! Just know that the truck is present until 5pm, so don’t wait until dinner time!
And the pineapple Jalisco is a nice pairing with your taco!

This place is amazing! Authentic tacos with amazing flavors. My personal favorite is the carnitas taco. Buy 3 and you get a roasted jalapeno. 2.50 a taco. They also offer burritos and quesadillas. Always have had amazing service!

Amazing! Cash only so keep that in mind. Got 3 tacos for $5 had the Pastor, Asada, and Pollo. The Al Pastor was the best but all were wonderful. Best taco truckn I've been to. Wish it was in Fort Collins because I would frequent this spot

Did you guys change personnel at the food truck? We ordered our usual 3 carnitas tacos for each of us. Didn’t see any one familiar. The carnitas were about half the size as usual. We always get roasted jalapeños. The peppers were charred in one place and the rest of the pepper was crunchy. Neither the tacos or the peppers were warm.
We have been coming to your truck for about 10 years a couple times a month.
If you’re changing permanently, please train your replacements.

Eh . . .. The food wasn't bad but the furniture could use help. I sunk in on a bench putting the table top at my chest. Also, I like homemade tortilla chips. The chips they give here are cheap round tortilla chips which just ruins the whole chips and salsa experience. However, the salsa was very good!

This is a small restaurant. If you try to GPS it you end up at the Venetucci farm. It is actually in the shopping center behind the farm crest gas station. It is painted bright orange on the inside. There is old torn apple wallpaper and old furniture, but don't let the decore fool you. The food was fantastic. The chips and salsa were put of the bag chips, but the salsa was flavorful and spicy. I had the stuffed peppers and they were fantastic. We waited a while for our meals but it was good good.
